"My get out of class ends at 3:30 tomorrow, I can go by myself."
Song Jianmin's eyes widened. "That won't do. What if they see you and take you home?"
Chen Zhou lowered his head and muttered, "It's not that easy. I'll just be careful."
Song Jianmin scoffed, "In short, no way."
Chen Zhou murmured, his eyes red as he looked at Song Jianmin.
Song Jianmin coughed lightly, "Anyway, we're going together. I don't have class tomorrow afternoon, so I can wait for you."
Chen Zhou remained silent, her eyes quickly welling up with tears.
Song Jianmin was in a panic. He looked around for tissues but couldn't find any, so he grabbed a towel and wiped Chen Zhou's face with it.
It was rubbed until it turned bright red.
Chen Zhou: "Song Jianmin!"
Song Jianmin let go of her hand and said in a hushed voice, "Did it hurt?"
Chen Zhou removed the handkerchief, washed his face with cold water, and after calming down, nodded and said, "Then let's go together tomorrow."
Song Jianmin smiled and said, "That's more like it."
Chen Zhou looked at him, his fists clenched: "Song Jianmin, I..."
Just as he was about to utter the next sentence, Song Anmin's voice suddenly came from outside the door.
"Fifth brother?"
Song Jianmin looked out and said, "Third Brother? You're off work?"
