The hospital was where the zombie virus first broke out.
Because of the subsequent explosion, the hospital parking lot was almost empty, filled with zombies.
Following their plan, Qiao An'an and her team kept the fire off and remained absolutely silent in front of the hospital. They successfully used a drone with a speaker attached to it to lure the zombie horde away.
Just as everyone arrived at the building where the medicine was stored, based on the map Qin Chengguo had drawn for them, they discovered that the glass door of the building had been smashed open by a fully armed vehicle, which blocked the entrance to the building.
It was obvious that someone had already gotten into the building where the drugs were stored before them.
And they used such a brutal method.
After parking their car, the group entered the hospital's medicine building through the shattered floor-to-ceiling glass window next to the main entrance.
Everyone was tense after entering the building where the medicines were stored. They used drones to lure away most of the zombies that could be seen in the hospital.
However, the zombies that chased after the person who broke down the door are likely still lingering inside the building.
In everyone's mind, the most dangerous thing was not the zombies, but the group of people who entered the building before them. If those people had already perished, that would be one thing, but if they were still alive, they were definitely more dangerous than the zombies.
Upon entering the building, they found the lobby empty, with only a few headless zombies lying there.
They went upstairs along the escalator.
According to Qin Chengguo, the medicine was on the fifth floor, and they heard shouting as soon as they reached the third floor.
Everyone looked in the direction of the sound with alarm.
On the third floor, the emergency sliding door was pushed open a crack by the zombies. Several bluish-gray hands frantically pried at the door, trying to pry it open, while a man with a full beard struggled to close the emergency door.
The shouting came from a man, who was glaring at a pale-faced woman in maternity clothes behind him, ordering her: "Go downstairs, drive straight, don't worry about me!!!"
The woman's face was deathly pale, and her eyes were filled with tears. She didn't leave; instead, she took two steps forward: "If we're going to leave, we'll leave together..."
There were at least ten zombies on the other side of the door. These zombies were incredibly strong; the man used all his strength to barely prevent them from breaking down the door. He didn't know how much longer he could hold out. Seeing that the woman showed no sign of leaving and was instead moving closer to him, he angrily roared, "Can't you understand human language? I told you to leave, so get the hell out of here!!!"
The woman stopped in her tracks when the man yelled at her.
She stubbornly refused to leave, only watching the man shed tears.
Qiao An'an understood. They were a couple. The man blocked the door with his body so that the woman could live, but the woman was unwilling to leave alone.
Even in the apocalypse, they remained so devoted to each other, and Qiao An'an didn't want to see anything happen to this couple.
So she drew her longsword from behind and, just as the zombie broke down the door, swung it and chopped off the head of the first zombie that charged in.
Seeing that Qiao An'an had rushed forward, the others followed suit.
There were five of them in total, and each of them was an expert at fighting zombies. In no time, they wiped out the dozen or so zombies behind the door.
The man didn't feel relieved after being rescued. Instead, he cautiously pulled the woman behind him. He didn't think he would encounter good people after the apocalypse, but there were five of them. He had run out of bullets and was with his pregnant wife, so he had no way to fight them.
Now he could only hope that the other party did not intend to kill them, so he said to Qiao An'an and the others, "We have food in our car, you can take it all, but please do not hurt my wife."

The woman said there was electricity and medicine on the fifth floor.
