When Grandpa Gu Bei saw Chi Xiaoyu using a magnet to retrieve an arrow, he knew she was out of arrows. He also knew that a magnet like that couldn't possibly bring the arrow back. So he took out a dagger and started whittling bamboo.
After splitting the bamboo, he shaved it into arrow-sized pieces, then shaved the bamboo body into a round shape, and the bamboo head into a pointed point.
By the time Chi Xiaoyu climbed down the wall, Grandpa Gu Bei had already finished making the arrow. He handed the arrow to Chi Xiaoyu, saying, "Although it's not as sharp as your previous iron arrow, it's enough to deal with any living person who wants to provoke our courtyard."

Chi Xiaoyu flicked Ya Ya's nose: "We must satisfy our little foodie!"
