Chapter 76 Lin Ran's plan falls apart again (1/2)

Chapter 70 Lin Ran’s plan breaks down again

The next morning, Jiang He checked to see if everything in the school was ready, because during the time when Yang Guojun and Lu Mingfeng were in the county town, they were called over to explain the detailed strategy for the site planning of the Wafang Village Livestock Farm.

Sister Chunying was afraid that he might say something wrong, so she followed suit, which resulted in a shortage of staff. No one came to check on the overall work of the school in the past two days.

As soon as Jiang He walked into the school gate, he heard some noise inside. He slowly walked up the steps and saw Lin Ran drawing something on the table with a pen in one hand.

"Teacher Lin, thank you for your help. When Teacher Jiang was in school, he drew this blueprint for us. I didn't expect that Teacher Lin's craftsmanship is also good. Did you learn this from Teacher Jiang?" The carpenter spread out a piece of paper, looked at it again and again, and couldn't help but sigh, "Teacher Jiang is really good at teaching apprentices."

Lin Ran's smiling face froze. "You said Teacher Jiang has already drawn it? Then why do you want me to draw it again?"

The carpenter didn't seem to notice Lin Ran's stiff expression. He just smiled and said, "Some time ago, Teacher Jiang did draw a picture exactly like this for me, but I was in a hurry and forgot about it at home. I didn't expect that you, Teacher Lin, have also seen this picture?"

After hearing what the carpenter said, Lin Ran bit her lip lightly, with an unnatural smile on her face, "I saw Teacher Jiang's painting before and wrote it down." But out of the corner of her eye she caught a glimpse of a figure standing at the gate, and when she looked up she found it was Jiang He.

"Teacher Jiang, you're back. How are the two children?" The carpenter looked up and saw Jiang He, and the smile on his face became more sincere.

"The children are fine. Thank you for your concern." Jiang He looked at Lin Ran's expression. He saw a guilty look on her face. Then he turned his eyes to the carpenter. "I won't be here for the past two days. Thank you for your hard work."

"No, it's all for the children in the village. Most of the seats and benches have been prepared so that they won't delay the children from going to school." The carpenter smiled. After all, this was a good thing for the children in the village to go to school, and he was quite supportive of it. In addition, he had a grandson and a granddaughter at home, which made him even happier.

Jiang He smiled and said, "Then I'll wait for your news."

"Well, Jiang Hezhi, since you're here, I'll go take a look at the livestock farm first." Lin Ran saw that the carpenter had no intention of talking to her again after seeing Jiang Hezhi, so she naturally hated him secretly for coming here so early.

"Then I won't disturb Teacher Lin." Jiang He smiled.

After seeing Lin Ran finally leave, the carpenter grabbed his hand and said, "I'm telling you, you have to be careful of Teacher Lin."

Jiang He raised his eyebrows. "Why do you say that? I saw you had a good chat with him just now."

The carpenter's face turned red, but he quickly calmed down. "At first I thought this girl was nice, but when I saw the blueprint she gave me today, I felt there must be something wrong."

Jiang He was a little surprised. "Oh, there is something wrong with this drawing?"

"The things she drew on that drawing were all what you told me before, and you've been telling me about this for seven days. We carpenters are very satisfied with these things, but when she drew the blueprint for me just now, her words implied that the blueprint was drawn by her." The carpenter chuckled and said, "I've traveled a lot, and I've seen everything. You'd better hide your things in the future. Your blueprint is like the skills and inheritance in the hands of us carpenters. You must never let outsiders see it.
