Chapter 111 Lost all face

Chen Mian walked to the right of Xu Yanfeng, and when he looked at his face, his gaze moved from his eyebrows to his nose, and then to his mouth, and finally stopped at his mouth.

As time passed, Chen Mian keenly noticed that the right corner of the man's mouth twitched slightly. He tried his best to restrain it, pursing his lips tightly, and even his facial muscles were slightly tense, unlike his usual relaxed state.

This guy is really stubborn. He is obviously touched, but he keeps emphasizing that he has nothing to do with his schoolmate Xia Xi and acts as if he doesn't care.

Chen Mian found it funny when he thought about it, and he really laughed. He had been humiliated several times by Xu Yanfeng before, and now he finally got the chance. He had to get back at Xu Yanfeng no matter what.

He didn't give Xu Yanfeng any face and opened his mouth to expose his pretended indifference: "Stop pretending, brother. The corners of your mouth are harder to suppress than an AK. I bet your face must be broken from laughing inside."

Xu Yanfeng's long eyelashes trembled, his thin lips pursed tighter, and he slowly shifted his gaze to Chen Mian's face. He didn't say anything, but at this moment his expression conveyed four words: Who are you talking about?

This was the first time Chen Mian understood Xu Yanfeng's expression. He held a soy milk straw in his mouth and hummed eight words incoherently.

Xu Yanfeng frowned: "Can't you speak human language?"

Chen Mian shook his head and translated the eight words he had just hummed: "I'll talk to whoever finds the right answer."

Xu Yanfeng wanted to argue, but he couldn't think of a good way to speak, so he lost the upper hand, which indirectly encouraged Chen Mian's arrogance. He put on a particularly annoying and sarcastic tone and said, "I just said that my brother's mouth corners are harder to suppress than AK. Why didn't Lao Fang and Lao Yu react at all? Only Xu turned his head to look at me. Is it because Lao Fang and Lao Yu are not my brothers? That's definitely not the reason."

Xu Yanfeng was angry, his forehead throbbing slightly, and his tone contained a cold warning: "Chen Mian, are you crazy?"

Chen Mian nodded openly and admitted, "How can there be any normal college students these days? Aren't they all psychotic? Hehe."

Xu Yanfeng had nothing to say to the shameless person. He walked forward with big strides, keeping a distance from him to avoid being tainted by the aura of idiocy.

Fang Huaiyuan and Yu Tingbo, having just listened to a one-sided verbal battle, cast respectful glances at the victor, Chen Mian. "You beat Xu Yanfeng? You actually beat Xu Yanfeng? You talked him into running away?"

Chen Mian opened his arms and assumed the proud attitude of a victor: "Please remember, from now on I am the boss of 503."

Fang Huaiyuan shattered his fantasy of becoming the dorm boss with one sentence: "You just won one game, why are you showing off? Every time before, Xu Yanfeng had to leave you speechless and you had to apologize humbly."

Chen Mian wanted to stuff his mouth with a sesame seed bun. "It's such a happy moment, can you please not spoil the fun? A man of honor doesn't bring up past humiliations, okay?"

The three of them carried Xu Yanfeng on their backs and talked nonsense about him. When they reached the classroom door, they stopped and walked in in an orderly manner.

Xu Yanfeng sat in the fifth row, near the aisle. Several books lay on the blue tabletop, and he was writing something with a black gel pen in hand. They didn't dare bother asking the young master to stand up and offer them a seat, so they walked halfway around the room and sat down in the three empty seats next to him on the other side.

Two classes attended this class together. There were several boys from the other class sitting in the front row. We had taken classes together for several years and could call each other by name.

They talked about Xia Xi, and Chen Mian heard it. He glanced at Xu Yanfeng with his eyes sideways and couldn't help laughing. But he was afraid of angering the eldest young master, so he covered his mouth with his hands and laughed secretly.

He could choose not to mention Xia Xi in front of Xu Yanfeng, but as long as Xia Xi was in this school, someone would always mention her.

It is not uncommon for a celebrity who is always a hot topic to be mentioned.

"Who told you that Xia Xi was reported?"

"Report her for what?"

"It seems that because she was pursuing Xu Yanfeng and her confession in the South Square caused too much trouble, it caused dissatisfaction among some people. Someone wrote a letter of complaint to the principal, saying that she was disrupting school order and corrupting the school atmosphere. Yesterday morning, Xia Xi's class counselor was walking to the school gate while making a phone call, asking the person on the other end to help deal with this matter. A buddy of mine happened to pass by and overheard it. It's absolutely true. I guarantee it with my life! Xia Xi's class counselor is very easy to recognize, it's Old Song, the bald one."

"Who is so wicked! Why is there any need to report such a thing? I feel sorry for my goddess, so I won't be punished, right?"

"I also think it's unnecessary to make a fuss over nothing. As for whether Xia Xi was punished, that's unclear. I heard that Lao Song was very anxious when he called, with sweat all over his forehead. I think Xia Xi will be in big trouble this time."

Xu Yanfeng listened to their words, his writing slowly pausing as his mind automatically flashed back to the time he'd run into Xia Xi on the street moments before. She looked fine, chatting and laughing with her roommates, even playing around with them. She didn't look like someone down after being punished, so she was probably fine.

However, it’s hard to say. Some people may appear carefree on the surface, but they may be experiencing a blizzard in their hearts...

When he thought of this, his heart suddenly startled, he shuddered, and a cold sweat broke out. Why did he think of Xia Xi, why did he worry about her being punished, why did he think she was forcing a smile.

He asked three "whys" in a row, but he had no answer.

Xu Yanfeng felt that he was being a little unreasonable.

"If you want to be pitiful, Xia Xi should be the one. She's just chasing a boy, why would she have to endure this kind of suffering, with a bad cold and being reported?" Chen Mian was beating around the bush again to provoke someone, and he even dragged others along. "Don't you agree? Lao Fang, Lao Yu."
