Ling Yan glanced at her watch and said, "Oh, I won't tell you anymore. That restaurant is quite far from our home. If we leave any later, we'll be late."
Ling's mother smiled and patted her lower back: "Go, go."
Lingyan got in the car driven by her own driver and went to the appointment.
Unfortunately, they encountered a huge traffic jam on the road and were stuck for about twenty minutes. Ling Yan was very anxious. She looked at the watch every minute and urged the driver to drive faster and faster. She didn't want to keep Xu Yanfeng waiting for long.
After arriving at the restaurant, Ling Yan reported Xu Yanfeng's name and was led to a private room by the waiter.
Ling Yan's heart was pounding. She pressed her chest with her hand and pushed open the door. The scene in front of her made her dumbfounded.
Xu Yanfeng was sitting alone at the dining table. There were already three or four dishes on the table, all of which showed signs of having been eaten. Xu Yanfeng was holding a glass of boiled water, sipping it slowly, looking as if he was full.

He knew everything. He knew that she had hired someone to follow him and that she had interfered with the paternity test.
But she denied the charges he brought against her.
Ling Yan walked closer, stood beside him, put her hand on his sleeve, tears of grievance in her eyes: "I admit that I care about you too much and want to know your every move, but I didn't touch the paternity test report. It's true! Xia Xi's child is not yours!"
When he shouted the last sentence, his voice was a little hoarse.
