Chapter 53 That was a prison

Gao Ge smiled coldly: "Who lets her be young and beautiful? There's nothing I can do about it, that face is her advantage."

Yu Xiaoxiao: "Now I understand why others, even though we're both working people, can afford bags worth over 100,000 yuan. Alas, same people, different fates."

"Okay, stop blaming others. Go and get on well with Jiang Tian. Maybe he'll consider you more when he has a good project in the future." Gao Ge comforted her.

Yu Xiaoxiao curled her lips and said disdainfully, "I don't want to. I'm annoyed just seeing him."

October 10th is Xia Yue’s birthday, but unfortunately her family can’t help her celebrate.

In the morning, Xia Xi went to work as usual, and left in the afternoon, driving to the high-speed rail station. She didn't bring much with her, just a large tote bag that could fit a laptop, making it convenient for her to work on the high-speed train.

About two hours later, Xia Xi got off at Ganlin East Station and lined up in the taxi lane with other passengers.

The driver shrank his neck awkwardly, turned his head back, and without further questioning, he stepped on the accelerator and the car sped off, kicking up a cloud of dust. Xia Xi looked through the flying dust at this familiar city.

Today is her eldest sister's birthday, and she should come and see her.

If Xuanxuan hadn't been in the hospital and her mother had to stay to take care of her, they would have come together.
