Chapter 59 The phone was left with him

"We were discussing work outside and her phone was left with me." Xu Yanfeng didn't know how shocked Su Jinru was, and said calmly.

"Oh, so that's it. Then..."

"I'll have someone send it to her later. Please call her back later."

"Okay, okay, I'm hanging up now."

Su Jinru was a little nervous when she talked to him on the phone. It was not because she was afraid of him, but because she almost let the cat out of the bag in front of him last time. She was still scared and afraid that she would accidentally say something wrong again and arouse his suspicion.

Xu Yanfeng asked: "I just heard you say Xixi's sister is in the hospital. How is she?"

Su Jinru was about to press the hang-up button when she heard him ask about Xia Xuan. She paused and said, "She's had the surgery and is fine now. The doctor said she can be discharged in the next two days. Thank you for your concern."

"Is there anything I can help you with?"

"No, no need."

After ending the call, Su Jinru sighed deeply. There was nothing wrong with Xu Yanfeng as a person. He was tactful and considerate in what he said and did. It was a pity that he and Xia Xi were not destined to be together.

Xu Yanfeng put Xia Xi's phone down, thought about it, picked it up again, and guessed the lock screen password right away.

A quick glance revealed that 90% of the photos were of her two children, with the remainder being landscape shots. Unlike in the past, when the album was filled with her selfies, taken from every angle.

Xu Yanfeng was about to leave when his finger accidentally slid down and suddenly saw an encrypted photo album.

He entered the same password again and the album opened. All the photos that came into view were old. The clarity was not good enough and some were even distorted. But no matter how blurry the picture quality was, Xu Yanfeng could recognize that the people in the photos were him.
