Anai asked Alan, "Where is your ladle?"
Alan saw it but didn't answer. He just said, "Let's go to Victoria Falls tomorrow."
Anai felt a little unsatisfied. He didn't even answer the question just now. Who cares where you are going next?

Alan said "hmm" and suddenly became a little more displeased with David. Moreover, she really didn't want to stay here any longer and wanted to go back. Alan breathed a sigh of relief and thought, I can finally go back home.
When he returned home, he didn't send a message to Anai, wanting to give her a surprise.
David was worried about Alan, so he sent him home directly. After all, Alan went out with him, and if anything happened to him, he wouldn't be able to explain himself.
Alan wanted David to leave, but he wanted to see how Anai would react if he was sick, so he sent Anai a message: I'm returning home.
Anai's message came right away: Didn't you say it would take a month? It's only been ten days, and you're already back?
Alan replied: Yes, I am sick and lying at home.
When Anai heard this, she couldn't concentrate on the class. She originally wanted to go find Alan after class, but now, she couldn't stay there for a moment longer. She had to see Alan immediately to feel at ease.
She skipped the rest of the class, took a taxi, and went straight to Alan's residence.
In fact, Alan was not sick at all. After making David a cup of coffee, he said, "You sit down. I feel hot. I'm going to lie down on the bed for a while."
David was a little worried and followed Alan to his room, "Are you okay?"
Alan had already covered himself with the quilt. "I should be fine, just a little tired. You can sit here or go back."
"Stop it, who will take care of you when I go back?" David said.
He poured Alan a glass of water and asked Alan to drink it. "Have a good sleep."
Alan didn't want to talk to David anymore, so he drank some water and turned over to sleep.
When David saw Alan fell asleep, he went to sit on the sofa in the living room. Sure enough, not long after, Alan's girlfriend came.
David shushed Anais, "He's asleep, don't disturb him."
Anais said anxiously and breathlessly, "What happened to him? Did you come back so suddenly?"
"He caught a cold, so he came back together."
Anai knew that he shouldn't disturb Brother Alan's sleep, so he stood in Brother Alan's room and took a look. He seemed to be sleeping soundly.
Anai really wanted to hug Brother Alan and say, "Brother Alan, I miss you."
But she finally held back, closed the door for Brother Alan, and retreated to the living room.
David was reading the newspaper at Alan's house. He said to Anai casually, "I see you care about Alan."
"As a girlfriend, how can you not care about your boyfriend?" Anai said seriously.
"You're a good person. No wonder Alan said you were his last girlfriend." David said casually.
He thought Anai would be very happy when he said this. Which woman doesn't want to be her man's last girlfriend?
Unexpectedly, Anai was stunned for a moment. Ah-Has Brother Alan ever had a girlfriend before? How many did he have?
As far as she knew, she didn't know any of his girlfriends.
