Jian Dan's sudden change of heart delighted Wang Weicheng. He thought that Jian Dan was really like what his mother said, that she still cared about her child and couldn't let go of him at the last moment.
Wang Weicheng was overjoyed at this moment. Even though he knew that Jian Dan did not love him, he believed that as long as they were given some time, Jian Dan would fall in love with him sooner or later.
He reached out and hugged Jian Dan, asking uncertainly, "Jian Dan, are you telling the truth?"
"Have I ever lied to you?" she said simply, giving Wang Weicheng a reproachful look.
Then, she pointed worriedly to the next room, "But Yun Duoduo already suspects us. Will she let us leave?"
Wang Weicheng shook his head and pulled Jian Dan inside to sit down.
Then he told Jian Dan about Yun Duoduo's visit to him. "Yun Duoduo said that as long as we don't hurt her child and Honglan, she can let us go, on the condition that we never come back to Kyoto."
After listening briefly, he nodded indifferently, "It's fine if you don't come back to Kyoto. I don't want to come back to this place either. But what about your parents?"
Wang Weicheng had already thought it through. "It's okay, we'll go first, and then bring my parents over after we've settled in. They're retired anyway, so they don't have any worries."
"Okay." After thinking for a moment, she didn't object and even asked with a smile, "Have you decided where you want to go?"
While speaking, she got up and poured two cups of water from the thermos, taking one for herself and handing the other to Wang Weicheng.

Wang Weicheng nodded immediately. Jian Dan had said before that one day she would go to the south, and this would be the perfect opportunity for her to do so.

Immediately afterwards, Yan Gusheng handed the note to Wu Chunlan, "Hurry up and go tell Junting."
Wu Chunlan nodded and immediately took the note and went to Yun Duoduo's side.
Yun Duoduo and the others were discussing whether to arrest Jian Dan directly and interrogate him through a lengthy process, because judging from the current situation, Jian Dan probably wouldn't hand him over.
After reading the note, Yun Duoduo shook her head. "Jun Ting, I can tell that Jian Dan is very determined and wants to kill you."

Remembering her simple identity, Yun Duoduo grabbed Yan Junting's arm and said, "Junting, I'll go with you."
