Chapter 84 She wouldn't tolerate the Li family's relatives either.

Upon hearing this, the woman in the plaid shirt immediately let go of Yun Duoduo's hand that was holding the back seat of the car, but glared at the saleswoman with great displeasure.

The saleswoman was a bit overwhelmed. It seemed that neither of them was easy to deal with, so she had no choice but to speak up. She nodded to Yun Duoduo, "Yes, yes, this car is yours."

Then, she turned to the two women and said in a low voice, "Gentlemen, if you really want it, I'll talk to my boss and we can order another one. It should arrive in a month at most, maybe even less."

Before the sales clerk could finish speaking, the young woman in the plaid shirt pointed at her impatiently and said, "I want this one. I didn't say I didn't want it. Why are you selling it to someone else?"

"That's it," she said, raising her chin and pointing at Yun Duoduo and the other girl. "And you two, I've already given you five extra yuan, enough for your family's living expenses for a month, right? Still not satisfied? How much more do you want? Name your price."

Is this woman very rich?

It doesn't seem like it. If someone were really rich, would they need to make several trips to buy a bicycle? They would buy it after just one visit.

Yun Duoduo suddenly smiled, raising an eyebrow at the woman in the plaid shirt, "Not short of money?"

Yun Duoduo nodded, parked the bicycle, and held out her hand to the woman, "Okay, double the price, I'll sell you the bicycle."

"You..." The woman gasped in shock, "You, you're too greedy..."

"What, no money?" Yun Duoduo laughed sarcastically, taking back her bicycle. "Looks like you're not exactly rich either. Trying to bribe people with money?"

The woman stomped her feet in anger at Yun Duoduo and shouted to the older woman behind her, "Mom, call my second cousin and ask him to bring the money. I must buy this car. They can afford it."

“You…” Clearly, the woman who was called “Mom” was in a difficult position and remained silent.

Yun Duoduo had no interest in waiting for someone to bring her money. Pushing her bicycle, she snorted, "Five yuan? Keep it for yourself and buy a rattle drum to play with. Nobody cares about your five yuan."

"Jun Ting, let's go."

Yan Junting nodded, but he did take a special look at the mother and daughter before leaving with Yun Duoduo.

The two women left standing there were so angry that they stomped their feet.

After passing the car sales area, Yan Junting suddenly remembered something. He glanced back and said to Yun Duoduo, "Honey, those two people just now looked familiar."

"You know him?"

“I’ve seen him before, but I can’t remember where.” Yan Junting thought for a moment and nodded. “He seems to be a relative of the Li family.”

"A relative of the Li family?" Yun Duoduo raised an eyebrow. Could it be that the second cousin that the woman mentioned earlier was her second brother, Li Yunfeng?

Yan Junting nodded; he should remember correctly.

Even if it were true, Yun Duoduo didn't take it to heart and snorted, "So be it, I won't tolerate the Li family's relatives."

Yan Junting felt that this was true. Now it was the Li family who were looking forward to Duoduo going back, not the other way around. Even if she was a relative of the Li family, so what?

They bought the car, so they can do whatever they want with it.

Putting that matter aside, Yan Junting and Yun Duoduo continued strolling along, chatting casually. "Wife, shall we go back to the compound first, or go directly to the Li family's?"

"Let's go home first." Yun Duoduo thought for a moment and said, "We can't go to the Li family empty-handed, we have to bring something with us."

She had already prepared gifts for the Li family in her spatial storage; she needed to go back and pick them up.

Yan Junting nodded. He had originally planned to buy some things on the way, but since his wife said she wanted to go back, he would go back first.

The two walked and browsed around. The mall was huge, selling all sorts of things.

Whenever Yan Junting saw something that belonged to a woman, he would ask Yun Duoduo if she wanted it, as if he wished he could bring the entire mall home.

He, on the other hand, didn't buy anything, didn't even look at anything.

Yun Duoduo looked around very carefully, thinking that she should buy Yan Junting two sets of clothes.

Whether he was at work or resting, Yan Junting always wore a military uniform. His closet was full of military uniforms; he didn't have a single decent civilian outfit.

Wearing a military uniform isn't bad, but you don't have to wear it every day.

So the two went to the fabric section, and Yun Duoduo pointed to a piece of dark blue khaki fabric and called out to the salesperson, "That fabric should look pretty good for making clothes, please bring it down so I can take a look."

"You like this fabric?" Yan Junting felt that the fabric wasn't quite suitable for Yun Duoduo to wear. In his memory, his wife didn't seem to wear dark-colored clothes very often.

Yun Duoduo smiled and pointed at Yan Junting, "I'll make you clothes."

Upon hearing that it was for him, Yan Junting immediately shook his head, "No need, no need, I have clothes to wear, plenty of military uniforms, more than I can wear. Things here aren't cheap, you can buy whatever you want with the rest of the money."

Yun Duoduo glanced at him with a smile and continued looking at the fabric.

Yan Junting immediately greeted the saleswoman, pulled her aside, and said in a low voice, "Comrade Yun Duoduo, let me make this clear to you. I know you make a lot of money in business. You can keep your earnings yourself. Whether you want to buy a shop or a courtyard, you can buy whatever you like. But I will manage your expenses and the household expenses. If it's not enough, just tell me and I'll earn it. I can't use your money to support the family."

Yun Duoduo knew what the man was thinking and what his pride was.

Actually, although Yan Junting's salary couldn't compare to her business earnings, it was more than enough to support her family.

All these household expenses were paid for with Yan Junting's money.

She hurriedly replied, "I know, I know. Although the shops are profitable, I don't think we'll have much money left this year. Once we make some money, I'll have to pay off the money for my second brother Yunfeng's two shops. We'll also have to use the money in our savings account for the New Year."
