This can be seen as a form of rebellious psychology.
"It's a woman, so it's not surprising she's pregnant. Maybe she just likes short hair and has a more masculine appearance." Yin Zhu blinked, showing no reaction.
The elevator continued moving forward, then stopped again.
This time, a little boy carrying a red balloon came up, while the pregnant woman from before went down, touching her belly.
Compared to the pregnant woman, the little boy was much more mischievous. He was curiously looking at Yin Zhu with greed in his eyes, as if he also wanted to have a big meal. However, Yin Zhu would not give him that chance.
After a while, the elevator stopped. Theoretically, it should have reached the first floor, but Yin Zhu noticed that the doctor with the wavy hair was still motionless and hadn't asked her for the lantern back.
Is the outside not actually the first floor?
Yin Zhu pondered for a moment, and then saw the little boy in red walk out with a worried look on his face. Outside, it seemed to be his mother, who was gently holding him in her arms.

Then, a hospital floor plan with strange drawings caught Yin Zhu's attention.
Finally, when things stopped again, Yin Zhu saw the scene she wanted to see—
The doctor with the wavy hair clenched her fist, turned to look at Yin Zhu, and gestured for her to leave.
Yin Zhu put down the lantern and rushed out of the elevator. It seemed that something was chasing her, but Yin Zhu didn't care.
Compared to those, the large door in front of her, secured with several layers of chains, was clearly much stranger. However, since the doctor had already informed Yin Zhu beforehand, she simply smiled, closed her eyes, and forced her way through the door, rushing out of the hospital.
The shady characters inside the hospital couldn't help but bang on the glass doors, only to find that "the duck that was about to be eaten had flown away."
Yin Zhu looked behind her and then at the lush green grass around her, finally confirming that she was back.
They returned to the Sin City nursing home.
This time, Yin Zhu wouldn't waste any more time; instead, she planned to go directly to the city lord for a heart-to-heart talk.
