However, Article 11 of the school rules states:
11. Please return to your dormitory before 10 PM every day and do not linger on campus. After 10 PM, the principal will patrol the campus.
If it were just about resting, Suzuka Kijima wouldn't have paid much attention, but since both rules used the word "stay," she felt it wasn't a coincidence.
In other words... if you don't get back to your dorm by 10 PM, you can wait out in the cafeteria?
Suzuka Kijima arrived at the restaurant relatively early, and there were still plenty of seats available. She got her lunch, easily found a seat, and ate absentmindedly, her mind racing with thoughts of the contradictions and loopholes in the rules.
"Please, can you give me back my seat?"
Suddenly, Kijima Suzuka heard the voices of two ghosts talking. The voices weren't loud, after all, her seat was only two tables away from hers.
The ghost had three arms; two were gripping the plate, and the other was holding onto the collar of the seated ghost. Clearly, a significant conflict had occurred between them.
Although the words spoken by the three-handed man were pleading and weak, his facial expression was extremely sinister.
"You're saying I should give your seat back? Well, you're actually just saying that."
The ghost lingering in its seat wasn't someone to be trifled with. It uttered a sarcastic and pointless remark: "As for the seat I'm sitting in, since I've taken it, it's my seat now; since you don't have a seat, then you really don't have a seat."
What is it saying?
Although she didn't know why, Suzuka Kijima felt that this ghost had a mysterious aura that made it particularly suitable to be a leader.
The conflict between the two demons also made Suzuka Kijima realize one thing: "the cafeteria rules take precedence over the school rules." Now, the two students are arguing in hushed tones and are not getting along, but there is no rule-based punishment like in the classroom.
These words completely enraged the pickpocket, who roared, "You bastard—ah!"
With a scream, the three hands were pierced by a huge fork by a security guard who had entered the restaurant at some unknown time. They seemed to become a piece of meat on the fork, unable to break free no matter how much they struggled.
After struggling for about ten seconds, the three hands stopped moving.
Now the cafeteria has returned to a quiet dining environment.
