Jiayuan Community is located in the southwest of Sin City, which is farther away from the danger zone in the northeast compared to other areas.
Looking at the map, only a photo studio and a Jin Xing convenience store seem to be managed around Jiayuan Residential Area, so it doesn't appear to be very dangerous. The only possible danger is that the area has been occupied in recent years and a new manager has taken over... but everyone needs a place to live, right?
Following the directions, Yin Zhu arrived at Jiayuan Residential Area. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that there were no security guards at the entrance and no rules posted around.
The neighborhood was overgrown with weeds, and a few scattered specks of light reflected off the grass, seemingly fragments of something. There were many messy footprints on the ground, suggesting that someone had lived there. Each building was only six stories high, just enough to avoid having an elevator.
Stepping into the obviously abandoned residential area, Yin Zhu looked around and randomly chose an apartment building to walk into.
The apartment building reeked of decaying plants, suggesting it had been uninhabited for a long time. Unfortunately, Yin Zhu searched three floors without finding a room she could enter. Many doors were even covered in vines, making them seem to be connected to the space, completely immovable.
Yin Zhu regretfully withdrew from Unit 3 and instead chose Unit 2 as a second choice.
Building No. 2 was relatively cleaner, but this time Yin Zhu did not rush to try to open every door. Instead, she observed the cleanliness of the doorway to determine whether anyone lived inside.
Building No. 2 theoretically has a total of twelve households, but you can't go any higher than the fourth floor.
Only three households on the first to fourth floors are occupied. The entrances are clean, and there are signs that the doors are frequently opened. However, there are two households where noises can be heard coming from inside. One of them is apartment 402, where a baby is crying. The other is apartment 101, where there seems to be animal roaring.
After leaving Building 2, Yin Zhu decided to ask her future roommate for their opinion:
"Little Mirror, where do you like to live?"
Jinggui was surprised that Yinzhu would ask for its opinion. After pondering for a while, it replied quietly, "...I like 202."
Yin Zhu rephrased the question: "Which one do you think I would like?"
"...402?"
“No, I don’t like children.” Yin Zhu rubbed her temples. “Since you like 202, then let’s live in 202. First, we need to figure out a way to get in.”
Room 202 was unoccupied, so Yin Zhu couldn't get in.
The property management office for the residential complex wasn't hard to find, and Yin Zhu quickly located it. The plants at the entrance had been vandalized, proving that quite a few "neighbors" had illegally entered.
There are still no rules within the property, which seems to prove that this has always been a no-man's land.
"Speaking of which, how does one become a manager?" Yin Zhu asked curiously. "Will my random thoughts come true?"
"How could that be?" Mirror Ghost's voice was full of disdain. "...No, what are you going to do?"
In front of everyone in the live stream, Yin Zhu started rummaging through drawers and cabinets, finally finding a usable ink. Since she couldn't find paper, she simply pried open some plants and started writing on the white wall.

...
"What is Yin Zhu doing now?"
"It looks like she's writing down rules? Has she become the supervisor?"
"The first case on Earth! This is the first case on Earth!"
"Calm down, I think you're overthinking it. She's just trying to scare people. Don't forget, she's Yin Basui."
"No! She's Sister Sun! My Sister Sun! I'm infatuated with you! I'm crazy about you! I'd bang my head against a wall for you!"
"Brother, let's calm down, let's calm down."
"Well, I searched for the IP address of the commenter who banged his head against the wall and found that many of his past comments were cursing Yin Zhu as a primitive man with underdeveloped intelligence."
"Times have changed! I am Sister Sun's most ardent supporter!"
"I feel like the person upstairs is a die-hard otaku with a penchant for queens..."
"That's right, I also feel like I'm getting that Japanese K-pop fanboy/otaku vibe..."
"Because of people like this, we shut-ins are misunderstood."
"Support the 'Otaku Justice' segmentation!"
Amidst the farcical comments, Yin Zhu had already finished crafting fifteen rules. Looking at the wall covered in rules that seemed to gleam with golden light, Yin Zhu couldn't help but exclaim: "I'm really good at making things up, even if I could just use a wire to pull a sieve!"
Previously, the world of rules set rules for us and we followed them; now it's our turn to create our own rules and expect others to follow them.
Jing Gui had witnessed the entire event and was now speechless.
"I've already told you, you're not the person in charge, so even if you make up rules, it's useless."
"So what? We'll scare as many as we can."
Yin Zhu nodded in satisfaction, took the keys she found at the property management office and left, completely unaware that the keys reappeared the moment she closed the door.
Back at the door of room 202 in building number two, Yin Zhu excitedly opened the door, eager to see what her new home looked like.
The key was inserted and made a "click" sound as it was turned.
The door opened.
The facilities inside the house are all visible.
Yin Zhu wanted to turn her head to look at the Mirror Ghost, but the Mirror Ghost was already in her eyes, so there was no need to turn her head. At this moment, it was happily rushing out and rushing into the mirror facing the door.
"Okay." Yin Zhu didn't know if she had bulging veins in her temples, but she could feel a surge of passion burning in her chest.
"Explain this to me..."
Inside this house...
"It's all mirrors! Where am I supposed to sleep? On the floor?!"
Yin Zhu stared speechlessly at the various mirrors in the room, each reflecting her murderous expression.
