Chapter 56 Where's my food?

Yin Zhu is someone who dislikes compromising herself, so she is often very straightforward.

Eat when you're hungry, drink when you're thirsty, and sleep when you're tired.

If conditions don't allow it, then try to create them; if the environment doesn't allow it, then try to change it. After all, the world is vast, and your own comfort is the most important thing.

If I had to describe Yin Zhu in one word, she would probably be a hedonist.

In addition, she did have a bit of luck, so Yin Zhu's first twenty years were smooth sailing. The only setback in her life was when she went to the capital with her New Year's money after graduation, but she ran out of money and couldn't find a satisfactory job. In the end, she returned to Haicheng in disgrace.

This incident was once regarded by the Yin family as a prime example of Yin Zhu's inability to withstand pressure. They felt that she couldn't endure hardship and was too pretentious. How come other people's children could persevere, but Yin Zhu couldn't persevere when she was uncomfortable?

In response, Yin Zhu said, "I can live a leisurely life in Haicheng, why should I go to the capital to suffer?"

"You! You! You're so useless!"

This can only be described as Yin Zhu's personal lifestyle; everyone has their own aspirations. Some people are full of enthusiasm for life, more ambitious, and passionate, and Yin Zhu also supports that kind of hard-working, striving spirit.

However, the first half of her life can only be described as one of complete abandonment.

If you can lie down, don't sit; if you can sit, don't stand. If life is going smoothly, don't make things difficult for yourself. If you have to suffer, then you've probably reached the point where you'll die if you don't suffer.

For example, being randomly selected to enter the world of ghost stories.

Even with Death's scythe hanging over her head, Yin Zhu still had a strange arrogance, as if saying, "I'm giving you face by seriously clearing the game for you." Fortunately, the Unspeakable didn't pay too much attention to her, otherwise, they would have been amused by this little ant's confidence.

But none of that matters. What matters is that Yin Zhu has started stealing food from the children.

It all started when Yin Zhu got hungry and went to the cafeteria for lunch. Since she didn't need to take care of the children on her first day, she simply got herself a meal.

With her eyes focused on her nose and her nose on her mouth, Yin Zhu thought to herself: If I eat properly, there shouldn't be any accidents.

At that moment, a small figure ran to Yin Zhu's side, tugged at her clothes, and called out her code name in a soft voice: "Sun... Teacher Sun, it's me."

Yin Zhu almost choked on her food.

This is her first day at kindergarten, how could she possibly run into someone she knows? Could it be some weirdo trying to scam me?

Yin Zhu looked at the child and found that it was a little girl with black bob haircut. She looked a bit shy and did look somewhat familiar, but Yin Zhu had no recollection of where she had seen such a child before.

"What's wrong, little one?"

Yin Zhu smiled at her, trying to remain gentle, but in reality, she was already cursing in her mind.

"Someone is bullying me..." The little girl with black hair stared intently at Yin Zhu, her eyes filled with hope and pleading for help. Unfortunately, Yin Zhu couldn't understand what she was looking at. She simply took the little girl's hand and led her back to her seat.

"Teacher Huang, are these the children in your class?"

When Yin Zhu was holding the little girl's hand, she noticed the class embroidered on the little girl's clothes, Class 2, which was the same class as the little girl who had bumped into her. So she took her directly to Teacher Huang.

"Oh, they're from our class. Thank you so much."

Teacher Huang quickly realized what was going on, and the two of them exchanged a flurry of polite words. When Yin Zhu returned to her seat, she found that her food was gone.

Where's my food?

Yin Zhu slammed her hand on the table, startling many of the children in the cafeteria who immediately looked over.

Realizing her lapse in composure, Yin Zhu looked to the other teachers for help. The other teachers quickly reassured the child and encouraged her to continue eating. Some even glanced at Yin Zhu with pity after the child had returned to normal and continued eating.

What do they mean by this?

Yin Zhu savored the looks in those people's eyes, and her still-unfulfilled stomach began to rumble softly.

Do they think I have no choice but to accept defeat? Am I not going to get to eat this meal? Alarm bells rang in Yin Zhu's heart. She went to the place where the food was served, and sure enough, the teacher had already distributed all the food, leaving her with nothing.

Yin Zhu turned around abruptly and caught the gazes of several children who were staring at her back.

The children were sitting together, even covering their mouths and chuckling to themselves. Unexpectedly, Yin Zhu suddenly looked over, and for a moment they didn't even have time to change their posture back to normal. They just froze there and stared at Yin Zhu.

However, after exchanging glances for a few seconds, they laughed again as if no one else was around, and turned back to continue eating.

They seemed certain that the teachers couldn't do anything to them.

[Daily Tip 9: Never cause any physical harm to children. An adult's strength can easily injure a vulnerable child. Please be gentle when making physical contact with them.]

Yin Zhu really couldn't beat up these local brats.

After all, there were so many teachers watching.

But the rules don't say you can't take food from kids.

Yin Zhu roughly recalled that the rules were basically all about how to take care of children, and there was indeed no content related to "teachers taking away children's food".

So, in front of everyone in the live stream, Yin Zhu walked straight to the children.

With a smile.

They stole their food and then started showing off on the spot.
