Upon returning to the sect, Master Lingxiao called out to the little green fox.
"Don't always let others lure you out. You are safest within the sect."
Lingxiao Zhenren glanced at Bai Sang with an unpleasant expression.
The little green fox didn't say anything.
"Little Green, why aren't you saying anything? Is someone bullying you?"
The little green fox pursed its lips and looked at Lingxiao Zhenren.
"Master, last night when I went down the mountain, I heard that someone was kidnapping young girls to be used as cultivation vessels. Does Master know about this?"
Lingxiao Zhenren's expression remained unchanged.
"Where did you hear that from? Who told you?"
The little green fox stared at Lingxiao Zhenren's face. "Master, they say it was your personal order. Is that true?"
"Or is this all a setup by other sects to frame you?"
Upon hearing the little green fox's words, Lingxiao Zhenren immediately admitted the second half of the statement.
"Don't you know what kind of person Master is? This must be someone's setup."
The little green fox nodded gently.
"Yes, Master."
"I'm going back to rest now."
Just as the little green fox was about to leave, it heard Master Lingxiao speak.
"Sixth Brother, stay here for a moment."
Bai Sang gently shook her head, signaling the little green fox not to say anything more. The little green fox then just glanced at them and turned to leave.
However, she did not return to her residence, but waited outside the main hall.
What happened last night?
Bai Sang remained standing ramrod straight. "This disciple does not know."

Master Lingxiao flung his sleeves and roared in fury.
