Chi Mu stood in front of an old wooden door in the small town.
This was the bar he had been to before.
He reached out his hand, knocked on the door, and waited for a unique way into the bar.
As expected, it was the same as before.
A pair of hands suddenly stretched out from inside and pulled Chi Mu directly into the bar.
"You again?"
The person who entered Lachimu was still the bartender in the sailor suit.
There was just a scratch on his face and his hair was messy.
It seemed like he had just had a fight with someone.
The bartender's appearance instantly confirmed Chi Mu's guess.
Originally, he thought that his guess lacked some substantial evidence. But considering his current appearance, there was no need to find that evidence to verify it.
Because someone has already verified it for Chi Mu.
When the bartender saw Chi Mu, he looked very surprised, and underneath the surprise, there was a hint of panic.
"Haha, nice to see you again. I think the red wine in your bar is pretty good, so I came back."
Chi Mu had an indifferent expression. He smiled at the bartender, with a barely perceptible cunning glint in his eyes.
The bartender was obviously stunned for a moment, and he forced a smile: "Okay, then do you want to drink the red wine from last time?"
"Um."
After getting a positive answer, the bartender immediately disappeared from Chi Mu's sight and went to get him some red wine.
Watching the bartender waiting at the bar for the drinks, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the table.
That’s right, Chi Mu believed that the identity of this bartender in a sailor suit was definitely not as simple as he said.
He said that he used to be a sailor, but because the scenery and environment of this town were very nice, he quit his job and stayed here.
"Sir, this is your wine, please enjoy it slowly."
The bartender brought the red wine to Chi Mu and found that Chi Mu was staring at him, which made the bartender a little at a loss.
Looking at him, Chi Mu was sure that he had found the right person.
"There aren't many people in the bar right now, would you like to sit down and chat with me?"
"No, no...Sir, I have duties to perform and cannot chat with guests during working hours."
The bartender stammered and refused him.
"Really? Now that you are no longer a captain, you are still so conscientious, don't you think so, former captain?"
Chi Mu held the red wine and stared straight into the bartender's eyes.
He was sure that the bartender in front of him was most likely the captain who wrote the logbook.
Because Jiang Ze said that the island was the right place.
After passing through the forest just now, Chi Mu suspected that he had entered some kind of distorted space and jumped directly from the second island back to the first island.
That's why I came back to this small town.
But on second thought, this is not very likely.
Combining the second and third warnings from the latest Toronto Church, Chi Mu can judge that perhaps these two towns are actually on a small island!
[Please do not cross the forest behind the town. The townspeople do not like the world on the other side of the forest.]
[Everything is lonely in the Toronto Ocean. This town accepts all wanderers, who can live here to their heart's content and will never be driven away.]
The first time the cruise ship stopped, it stopped at the coast of the first town, and the second time the cruise ship stopped, it stopped at the other end of the island, which led the tourists into the new town.
In reality, both towns are located on a small island, separated by a forest.
And in the weird lyrics, Chi Mu got the words "Come together, God Xuanwu and God Quetzalcoatl".
This shows that even though their "unspeakable" images still exist, they don't seem to get along well, especially the believers below.
To sum up, this is why the believers of the second town, the Toronto church, do not like the warning about the world on the other side of the forest.
Since it has been confirmed that the two towns are on the same island, the previous captain must have disembarked here.
So far, the only cruise ship staff member Chi Mu had met in the town was this bartender in a sailor suit.
So I guess he might be the former captain.
But this is just one-sided speculation after all, without any substantial evidence.
But when Chi Mu saw the scars on the bartender's face and his messy hair, combined with the fact that Li Xin and others had just walked from the forest to the second town, it was obvious that they had discovered that the former captain was hiding in this town.
And they have already gotten what they wanted from the previous captain.
To sum up, the identity of this bartender is the former captain, which has basically been confirmed.
......
When the bartender heard Chi Mu call him Captain, his face suddenly changed.
His mouth was slightly open, but he couldn't utter a word for a long time.
Finally, he smiled bitterly and sat down next to Chi Mu.
"Well, I really don't know how you found me. At least those people in front of me produced substantial evidence..."
Chi Mu smiled, and the stone in his heart finally fell.
His guess was correct. Li Xin and his team got the clues that he failed to get, so they were able to confirm that the bartender was the former captain.
As for what the evidence is, it doesn't matter anymore.
Chi Mu found this place through reverse reasoning.
“You don’t have to worry about it, I’ve already found it anyway… First of all, I need to make one thing clear, so as not to waste our time later.
Before I came here, I killed the man who threatened you with a dagger."
