Chi Yaoyang said in a low voice.
The two men climbed up faster, but the beam of light followed them closely.
Every time I got closer to the light, scary and weird shadows flashed across the wall.
Chi Yaoyang and Popov finally arrived at the top floor of the haunted house. They stood in front of the tall building to discuss their next plan.
They looked around and found that it was a spacious and dim corridor with various strange paintings hanging on the walls, giving off a weird atmosphere.
"We have reached the top floor of the haunted house. The bottom floor has been used up, and only the upper floors have seals.
But if the exit is on the ground floor, we have to leave time to run.”
"There's still an hour and a half left, leave at least an hour."
Popov nodded, completely trusting Chi Yaoyang's judgment.
"So what do we do next?"
"We need to continue exploring and look for rooms where we can collect seals and batteries."
Chi Yaoyang explained and couldn't help but narrow his eyes.
Popov frowned and thought for a moment.
"So we have to check each room one by one in order?"
Chi Yaoyang nodded.
"Let's split up, it will be faster this way, but before you go in, you have to remember the rules."
Popov followed Chi Yaoyang's instructions and nodded.
The two went into different rooms separately.
Chi Yaoyang pushed open a huge and ancient wooden door, and there was darkness before him.
He took out a flashlight and turned it on. With a whoosh, the light flashed across the dark room filled with old furniture and old books.
