Chapter 16: Silk Shop Incident
"Madam Song, are you leaving?"
As soon as Xu Miaomiao went out, she ran into matchmaker Li. Matchmaker Li pulled her aside mysteriously and whispered, "Miaomiao, your guy hasn't woken up for so long, how about I find one for you."
Xu Miaomiao's eyes widened in disbelief, and she quickly waved her hand to refuse: "No, no, thank you for your kindness."

"Then come on up, I'll give you a ride."

Xu Miaomiao put the backpack on the car and climbed on it without any hesitation.
As the donkey cart swayed, Xu Miaomiao's body swayed with it.
The only sound in her ears was the sound of Wu Zhuang driving the donkey. After a long while, Xu Miaomiao asked, "I just passed by and heard Liu Quezi's family screaming. What happened?"

Xu Miaomiao frowned and said tentatively: "The boss is me."
After a while, the door was pushed open a little. The man peeked in suspiciously, and only breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that it was really Xu Miaomiao. He pulled Xu Miaomiao in and closed the door again.
Before Xu Miaomiao could react, she saw that the once magnificent shop was now in dire straits, with wooden shelves lying on the side and not even propped up, and the rabbit tail pendants that had been selling well were thrown on the ground and no one was interested in buying them.
"Boss, what's going on?"
The man sighed, shook his head and said, "Business is so good that people are jealous of it."
"Is someone here to cause trouble?" Xu Miaomiao asked tentatively.
"More than that!" The man said angrily, his teeth clattering. "They accused me of having problems with my stuff. I searched for a while.
The gang smashed my store and sent people to my door every day to insult me, while they themselves were selling inferior products outside. "
"Have you reported it to the police?"
The man shook his head: "It's reported, but without evidence, it's hard for the officials to make a conclusion."
Xu Miaomiao pondered for a moment and said, "Do you know who is the mastermind behind this?"
The man shook his head.
Xu Miaomiao understood what was going on. She picked up the rabbit fur jewelry that had fallen on the ground and examined it. She pinched the rabbit fur and put it to her nose and smelled it carefully.
"It's been painted with itching powder."

The boss nodded.
As soon as Xu Miaomiao stepped into the silk shop, she was surrounded by people holding a rabbit tail pendant to promote it.

Xu Miaomiao chuckled, put the things on and looked in the mirror. After a while, she saw small red bumps on her neck.

The young man was horrified and quickly called the boss.
The man smiled and said, "Madam, are you allergic to something or did you eat something by mistake?"
"Your rabbit pendant is not clean. Is it made of rabbit fur?"
Xu Miaomiao asked loudly, and soon a lot of people gathered to watch.
The boss's face changed, and his tone trembled a little: "Madam, don't talk nonsense!"
Xu Miaomiao squeezed out a few tears in grievance: "I have been sensitive to these since I was a child. If it was pure rabbit hair, I would never be allergic. Yours is obviously not."
"You're talking nonsense!" The boss was so shocked and angry that he couldn't speak.
