Chapter 26 Private Sphere

Chapter 26 Private Sphere

Jin Siyang nodded lightly in greeting, and threw the ball into his hands. He dribbled the ball a few times, took three steps and made a layup, scoring a standard and beautiful goal.

The situation on the court suddenly became heated. Song Ze was a very outgoing person with a cheerful personality. He was not nervous even though it was his first time playing against Jin Siyang and the others. He just played when he should and just laughed it off when the ball didn't go in.

Qin Zhouyan liked Song Ze's personality, and after playing, he threw him a bottle of sports drink: "Let's play together next time!"

"Okay!"

As the crowd gradually left the gym, Qin Zhouyan put his arm around Jin Siyang's shoulders and guzzled half a bottle of drink, muttering, "I've discovered that Song Ze's skills are pretty good. Our class has a chance in this year's basketball tournament. You have no idea how badly we were beaten last year because you didn't participate in the English competition."

Jin Siyang twisted the bottle cap and commented crisply, "Didn't you say you could carry the whole game?"

"Of course, but I didn't sprain my ankle during that time." Qin Zhouyan made an excuse without blushing or beating his heart.

"Tsk, food is food."

"Get out! I'm not bad!" Qin Zhouyan put his arm around Jin Siyang's shoulders, and the two of them walked out of the gymnasium while playing and joking.

When Jin Siyang returned home, Aunt Liu was heating milk. Hearing the noise at the door, she hurried out: "Siyang is back? I just heated up the milk. Have a glass later before going to sleep."

He nodded and asked, "Where's she?"

"Is Nian Nian?" Aunt Liu said with a smile, "She hasn't come back yet."

He nodded and walked straight into the living room. After heating the milk, Aunt Liu returned to her room. Jin Siyang was the only one in the empty living room.

He sat astride the sofa, one hand resting on his back, the other hand casually playing with his phone. There was a noise coming from the entrance, but he still had the same posture.

When Cen Nian walked in, she smelled the aroma of milk and knew that Aunt Liu had heated up some more milk for them. She had a smile on her face and was walking towards the dining room when she saw a slender hand resting on the sofa. Cen Nian blinked and walked over with small steps: "Hi, what a coincidence."

What a stiff greeting.

Jin Siyang looked up at her lazily: "I have something to talk to you about."

"Huh?" Cen Nian was stunned for two seconds, then asked cautiously, "What's going on?"

"Last time, when I had a fever."

Cen Nian was so confused by his concise words that she didn't know what to say. She leaned forward and craned her neck to ask, "What happened to that?"

Jin Siyang stood up, his height and imposing presence pressing in her direction. His tone was slightly cold: "I don't like to owe others, so I will give you extra lessons during this period, just as repayment."

Cen Nian was stunned for two seconds, then shook her head vigorously after understanding what she said. "No, no, no, no, that's not necessary. It was just a piece of cake that time. You don't owe me anything. If there's anything I owe, it should be me who owes you." Cen Nian's voice became lower and lower, and she continued, "Besides, tutoring me will waste a lot of time. Aren't you still busy with the competition?"

"I said it." Jin Siyang emphasized again: "I don't like to owe others."

"But......"

Seeing her hesitation and confusion, Jin Siyang chuckled: "Forget it if you're not happy about it. Do I have to beg you to learn?"

He said something, picked up his bag and walked away. When he passed by, Cen Nian quickly grabbed the shoulder strap of his schoolbag and said, "I, I'm not unhappy. I'm so happy that you're giving me extra lessons."

Jin Siyang suddenly moved his arm. Cen Nian thought that he didn't like others touching his things, so he quickly put his hand down.

He turned around and said in a low voice: "Okay, come back earlier next time, and make up for it for an hour every night from now on. We'll talk about the rest of the time."

"Yeah, okay!" Cen Nian nodded solemnly. She stared at Jin Siyang's back with a dull look. He took two steps and then stopped.

Jin Siyang turned his head and said, "What are you standing there for? Why don't you come up?"

"Oh, okay!" Cen Nian grabbed her schoolbag and followed his pace. She ran to his side and vaguely heard Jin Siyang throw out a word: "Idiot."

For the first make-up class, Cen Nian prepared the test papers and teaching materials. She thought Jin Siyang would come to her room, but he just sent her a message: Come here.

The chat list was empty, with only a few messages. He took the initiative to send one. Cen Nian looked at it for a long time, but was afraid of wasting his time, so he hurried to his room.

Aunt Liu said that Jin Siyang has severe mysophobia and attaches great importance to his private area and personal belongings. He doesn't like others entering his room at will, even Qin Zhouyan and others.

If a friend comes to his room, he will not refuse, but will clean up as soon as the friend leaves until all the items are put back in their original places.

Before knocking on the door, the only thought in Cen Nian's mind was that if he went to his room to study every night, then Jin Siyang would have to clean the room every day.

Why didn't he just come to his room?

She doesn't mind other people coming into her room.

Cen Nian knocked on the door politely. Two seconds later, the door suddenly opened. Jin Siyang had taken a shower and changed into a white T-shirt. He didn't say anything, but just turned sideways, leaving a gap, and motioned her to come in.

Cen Nian walked in like a quail and sat upright at the desk. She sat straight, not daring to slack off at all. On the other hand, Jin Siyang's demeanor was always at ease.

Jin Siyang skipped the difficult questions and picked out a few representative basic questions to explain to her. Her score of over 70 showed that her foundation was not solid enough. Blindly explaining the difficult questions was useless to Cen Nian. It would be better to start with consolidating the basics.

Cen Nian listened carefully, not wanting to miss a single minute. Jin Siyang's explanation was neither fast nor slow, and his answers were to the point without any nonsense. In less than half an hour, Cen Nian had thoroughly understood all the questions. Jin Siyang glanced at her and picked out several more similar questions for her to do.

Cen Nian was a little nervous at first, but after the explanation just now, she answered the questions smoothly. After finishing, she felt more confident and moved her answers in front of Jin Siyang.

He lowered his eyes and glanced at it: "Yeah, all correct."

Cen Nian clenched his fist happily and whispered, "Yes!"

Cen Nian returned to her room, took a shower and lay on the bed. She had just gone over the question that Jin Siyang had explained in her mind again. She didn't know what she was thinking about, so she took out her cell phone and sent a message to Zhu Zhiyao.

[Cen Nian]: Yaoyao, I have a question.

[Yaoyao]: What what!

[Cen Nian]: So...how much does tutoring in Jiang City usually cost?

Yaoyao: Nian Nian, do you want to hire a tutor? A lesson might cost around 500 or 600 yuan, which is a bit low. If you find a really good teacher, it might be even more expensive.

[Cen Nian]: Thank you, Yaoyao. I understand. I don’t have any intention of making up for it. I’m just asking out of curiosity.

She lay on the bed, staring at the light on the ceiling, her mind in a mess. One class could cost hundreds, or even thousands of points. With Jin Siyang's level, he must be ranked at the very top level.

Isn't this equivalent to her taking very expensive courses every day?

However, Jin Siyang's time is precious, and he must participate in the competition. What if he spends too much time on irrelevant things and delays him?

Thinking of this, Cen Nian became more motivated. She would study hard and strive to understand the knowledge thoroughly so that she wouldn't have to trouble him.
