Si Jin didn't plan to leave tonight. He snuggled up on the sofa with Song Nanwu, watched a movie, and played games for a while. It was already past eleven o'clock.
They went back to their respective rooms to wash up and get ready for bed. Song Nanwu had just lifted the quilt and was about to lie down on the bed when someone knocked on the door and Si Jin walked in.
"My bed is too cold for me to sleep alone, miss, can I squeeze in with you tonight?" Si Jin had finished washing up and changed into a loose striped pajamas. He looked like a natural clothes hanger, and he looked very handsome in his casual and lazy manner.
"Yeah." It's not like they haven't slept together before. Song Nanwu, who is quick to adapt, used to feel a little awkward, but now she doesn't feel that way at all. She looked at him and responded softly.
Si Jin curled his lips and smiled, then walked over with a pair of long legs. He thanked her in a low voice with a hint of teasing, "Thank you, young lady."
"You're welcome." Song Nanwu said politely, then suddenly thought of something and walked out of the room.
Si Jin quickly grabbed her and asked, "Where are you going, little sister?"
"I'm going to get something, Captain, you go to sleep first."
Having said this, Song Nanwu went out in a hurry.
Si Jin didn't ask her what she was going to get, he just asked her to come back quickly, and then he couldn't stop smiling.
Song Nanwu had put a hot water bottle in the quilt in advance, so the bed was not completely cold, but slightly warm.
Si Jin sat on the bed, holding the hot water bottle in his hand, and waited for Song Nanwu to come back with something.
After a while, Song Nanwu came back with a few quilts. Looking at Si Jin who was sitting on the inner side of the bed, she threw all the quilts on him.
Si Jin was a little confused and looked at Song Nanwu, "Miss, what are you doing?" Are you trying to kill him with the heat?
"You're not afraid of the cold, I'll cover you up more so you don't catch a cold."
Seeing her serious expression, Si Jin didn't want to talk anymore. After a moment of silence, he finally said, "You don't need to cover yourself with so many things. Just add another quilt." It's hard to say that he is not afraid of the cold at all. He has to make good use of the excuse he has found.
"Really?" Song Nanwu looked at him and frowned slightly.
"Well, no need." Si Jin nodded seriously.
Song Nanwu compromised, picked up the two quilts in front of her and threw them on the small sofa beside her, then turned off the lights and went to bed.
"Sister, you went out in your pajamas, feeling cold all over, and you were worried that I would catch a cold. Don't let yourself catch a cold in the end." Handing the hot water bottle to her, Si Jin hugged her.
She looked like she had just taken a bath, and there was a faint lemon scent on her body, which was very pleasant lingering in her nose, and also made Si Jin inexplicably distracted.
"I won't catch a cold. I'm in better health than you." Holding a hot water bottle to warm her hands, Song Nanwu turned sideways to face Si Jin and said.
Si Jin clicked his tongue and said, "Little sister, don't be so stubborn. If you catch a cold, you'll be in big trouble."
"No," she insisted.
Si Jin didn't want to continue this topic. This young lady always made the conversation run to death, and he began to get agitated.
"Go to sleep, little sister, good night." While suppressing his desire, Si Jin tried his best to make himself look calm, but the feeling was still very painful. But it was his own choice, so he had to endure it no matter how hard it was.
Song Nanwu didn't notice anything unusual about Si Jin, and she didn't think about it that way at all. After saying good night to him, she closed her eyes and fell asleep almost instantly.
Soon, he heard the sound of even breathing coming from the side, Si Jin: "..."
I always feel that this young lady trusts him too much.
