Every few decades, a powerful member of the Elven race would return to the Western Continent to travel, and Oslo, as the former holy land of the Elven race, was naturally a place they would visit.
Because of the blood feud between the orcs and the elves, the strong elves showed no regard for the dignity of the strong. Regardless of age or weakness, any orcs who occupied Oslo were slaughtered by them. Even the most wicked orc strongmen were hunted down by them.
Over time, there were no more orcs in the ruins of Oslo, and the entire ruins became the so-called "land of peace," the last refuge of the free elves.
Many elf descendants who were unwilling to be ruled by the orcs tried every means to come to Oslo because it had the "freedom" that the elves cherished most. However, the elves who came here found that the reality was far from the wonderful thing they had imagined.
Oslo is a city nestled between mountains and the sea. The city proper is large, but the surrounding hunting grounds are small and cannot provide enough prey for the elves. They still have to leave the "Land of Peace" to hunt and gather herbs in the jungle, where countless hunting parties are hidden. They hunt not only animals but also elves.
With no prey and no precious medicinal herbs, human smuggling caravans have lost interest in this place. Occasionally, a few caravans, unaware of the dangers, will come by, only to leave disappointed and head to Azaka's territory, where they can find the goods that interest them.
