Chapter Seventy-Two: Ji Wu



“I… my name is Leonid. What do you want to talk to me about?” The man was shorter than Vasily and Lev, and he was wearing a hood, so his face was not visible.

"Leonid? Heh... Why are you here?" At such close range, with Qin Mo's full sensitivity, and considering that the man was practicing the cultivation methods of the Great Xia lineage, how could Qin Mo not notice him? And with such attention, how could the beard disguise on his face still work?

"My name is Ji Wu. I used to be a soldier of the Great Xia Dynasty, but now I'm just a farmer. Since you want to talk business, don't let me delay your important matters." The man raised his head, which had been slightly lowered, and his resolute and unyielding eyes shone brightly.

"Hey! Buddy, you're the one who came to us for a collaboration, but I think there's a problem with your sincerity." The big guy named Lev started yelling at Qin Mo, expressing his dissatisfaction at being ignored.

“Lev, show some respect to this guest… He… is a respectable person,” Ji Wu quickly advised Lev.

“A respectable person…are you…like yourself?” Lev’s tone became tense.

"Perhaps... someone stronger than me."

“Hey, esteemed guest, Vasily, I heard you’re planning to kill an orc warlord. We happen to have a plan. Would you like to join us?” Lev’s tension disappeared, and he became warmer, his tone much more respectful.

"Fine, I do want to kill more orcs, but how can you lure the orc powerhouses out of the city?"

"Of course we can lure them out, but how many of you are there?" Lev patted his chest conceitedly, as if the orc warriors in the city were his brothers, at his beck and call.

"It's just me."
