Chapter Seventy-Six: King Bernoulli

A tall, slender figure gradually approached from the darkness, his long, straight legs moving with elegant steps, each step covering several meters. In an instant, he stood between Bernoullius and Qin Mo, blocking Bernoullius's gaze from Qin Mo.

The pressure on Qin Mo instantly eased and vanished without a trace. Looking at the slender figure before her, even thinner than herself, Qin Mo felt a pang of shame, and even a touch of disappointment.

"She...is actually this strong." Qin Mo had long known that Danfengyan was no ordinary person, and might be much stronger than herself, but when she saw her strength with her own eyes, besides admiration, she also felt a strange feeling that she couldn't quite put her finger on.

"It seems you weren't invited by Lev, so... you have nothing to do with me. Since you're not my problem, then you're the enemy. Taking you two down and handing you over to Lord Kogar would be a decent gift."

Before he finished speaking, he raised his hands as if offering sacrifices to a deity, and the surrounding earth energy began to churn chaotically. Qin Mo tried hard to sense the flow of the surrounding earth energy, while simultaneously pondering what role she should play in this high-level battle.

With a snort, the phoenix-eyed man stomped down with his beautiful combat boots. The snow on the ground moved without wind, turning into a snow mist that filled the air. Sharp swords formed from earth elemental energy revealed their paths; these were all the work of Bernoulli. If the phoenix-eyed man couldn't see through his opponent's methods, he would be pierced through the body by these invisible swords.

Danfengyan drew his heavy sword from his back, slashing horizontally and diagonally, shattering the earth elemental energy controlled by Bernoulli. Then he rushed forward, actually intending to engage King Bernoulli in close combat...

Qin Mo was speechless. Today, he had encountered two Great Xia cultivators fighting against the orcs, both of whom were melee fighters. They didn't seem to take the orcs' powerful bodies seriously; it was blatant contempt for the orcs. Oh! ...and he had to add himself to the mix...it seemed like he felt quite accomplished defeating a massive orc in close combat.

Bernoulli was no coward either; his weapon was a pair of spiked warhammers, and his ability to attack with brute force was by no means weak. As the two continued to fight, the oppressive aura that had been blocked by Danfengyan began to fall on Qin Mo again.

Qin Mo had a sudden inspiration and stood still, pretending to be completely trapped by the earth elemental energy used by King Bernoulli.
