Chapter 73 "I'm Here!" (1/2)

Fu Jiusi immediately panicked and wiped her tears while repeating "I'm sorry".

Jiang Shuwei slapped his hand away, moved her butt back, and glared at him with a frown:

"What are you crazy about? It hurts so much."

Before Fu Jiusi could say anything, Su Qin's voice came from outside the door.

"Mr. Fu, the old lady is calling you over."

Fu Jiusi ignored her and only had his angry wife in his eyes. Jiang Shuwei glared at him again, pulled up the quilt and got in.

"Mom is calling you, why don't you go!"

Seeing that his wife was really about to get angry, Fu Jiusi had no choice but to restrain his expression and straighten his collar.

"If you're sleepy, go to sleep first. I'll go take a look."

Jiang Shuwei nodded and watched him turn and leave. She didn't breathe a sigh of relief until the door closed.

My fingers unconsciously touched my painful lips and I was stunned.

The mother and son didn't know what they talked about or how long they talked. Anyway, when Jiang Shuwei opened her eyes again, it was already dawn outside.

"woke up?"

Huh? Jiang Shuwei suddenly woke up and looked to the side with a puzzled look on her face.

"Why didn't you return to the army?"

Fu Jiusi didn't answer, but sat up, turned his neck, lifted the quilt and moved to the edge of the kang.

Jiang Shuwei then noticed that not only was he sleeping in his clothes, but he was also wearing the same clothes he wore last night.

"Get up, I'll leave after dinner."

"Oh, okay."

Fu Jiusi got off the kang, put on his shoes, and sat quietly on the edge of the kang, looking at the tip of his shoes and waiting.

Even if Jiang Shuwei was slow-witted, she could tell that something was wrong with him.

But she didn't dare to ask any questions, she just lowered her head and wanted to fold the quilt.

Suddenly, a slender hand reached out and took over her work. Seeing him doing his work calmly, Jiang Shuwei wanted to get off the bed.

He held out his hand to stop her, "Wait."

Although she didn't know why he stopped her, she still obediently sat on the edge of the kang with her legs swinging and waited for him.

The bedding on the kang was all specially made large-sized quilts, large and heavy. Usually, she needed some effort to shake them open, but now they felt light in his hands.

And soon the straight tofu block was shaped in his hands.

After finishing the work in his hands, Fu Jiusi turned around and looked at his young wife who was waiting for him obediently.

He moved forward to stand right in front of her, bent down, supported the edge of the kang with his arms, and surrounded her in the middle.

Jiang Shuwei leaned back, confused.

Puzzled, he asked, "What are you doing?"

Fu Jiusi slowly lowered his handsome face and kissed her. This time he didn't dare to be too presumptuous. He just touched her lightly and then separated.

Careful and captivating.

Jiang Shuwei's cheeks quickly turned pink.

"Weiwei, you are my lover. As long as you ask, I won't hide anything from you."

Jiang Shuwei looked at him in shock, her heart beginning to beat wildly, both for what he said and for his serious expression.

The Fu Jiusi in her dream who protected her until his death overlapped with the Fu Jiusi in front of her, and tears quickly gathered in her beautiful eyes.

The voice called out hoarsely, "Fu Jiusi."

"I am here."

Jiang Shuwei suddenly reached out and hugged the man's neck tightly, choking and shouting again:

"Fu Jiusi."

"I'm here, don't cry."

Fu Jiusi was moved by the wetness on her neck, and he held her in his arms with heartache and helplessness.

He stroked her back and whispered:

"What's wrong? Don't cry."

Jiang Shuwei couldn't speak, she just kept her head down and cried out the sadness in her heart.

Only when her mood was completely restored did she look up at him sheepishly and mutter:

"My clothes are dirty."

Seeing that her mood had improved and she had stopped crying.

Fu Jiusi breathed a sigh of relief:

"It's okay, just change into something else. Stop crying or you might get a headache."
