Aunt Zhang responded with a smile, "Yes, Madam went out to play with her friends and hasn't come back yet. The old lady felt bored by herself and went to bed early."
Yu Chiyan stopped walking upstairs and turned to look at Aunt Zhang, his brows furrowing slightly.
When did you leave?
Aunt Zhang thought for a moment and said, "It was before it got dark in the afternoon when Madam came back herself to cook two side dishes for the old lady and prepare some medicinal food before going out."
Upon hearing this, Yu Chiyan's eyes narrowed instantly; "Do you know who you went out with?"
Aunt Zhang immediately shook her head; "I don't know, maybe it's that friend?"
Yu Chiyan didn't say anything more, turned around and sat down on the sofa.
He called Jiang Chen with a cold face; "Find out where your wife is."
Sensing the man's unfriendly tone, Jiang Chen's voice immediately became extremely respectful.
"Yes, Master."
Ten minutes passed, and Jiang Chen still hadn't called. Yu Chiyan's patience ran out, so he called Jiang Chen again.
"Still haven't found it?"
Jiang Chen was just about to report back to Yu Chiyan when Yu Chiyan called again. He answered somewhat guiltily.
