He looked at the woman lying on the ground, his eyes filled with coldness.
If it weren't for this woman, Qingqing would probably have already married into this family.
As the man finished speaking, he reached out and turned off the light, plunging the room into darkness.
Su Yaoyao remained frozen in the position where she had been pushed by the man, showing no reaction.
Yu Chiyan kept his eyes closed, and after an unknown amount of time, Su Yaoyao got up, took a pillow from the bedside, and fell asleep on the spot.
The nights in May are especially cool; sleeping like this for one night might make me catch a cold.
She remained silent, like a bullied little rabbit, a pitiful creature, which made Yu Chiyan feel frustrated and angry.
Yu Chiyan thought that the soup the old lady gave him today must have been too nourishing.
Early the next morning.
When Su Yaoyao woke up, she found herself lying on a soft, large bed, a hint of confusion flashing in her eyes. Did she remember being told to sleep on the floor? How did she end up in a bed?

Where is Yu Chiyan? Why isn't he in his room?
"Yaoyao, are you awake? Come down for breakfast."
There was a knock at the door, followed by the voice of Old Madam Yu. Su Yaoyao didn't have time to think and answered hastily.
"Grandma, I'll get ready and be there soon."
Madam Yu seemed to be in a good mood. She subconsciously attributed Su Yaoyao's sleeping in to being too tired last night. How could she not be in a good mood?
So when Su Yaoyao came downstairs, Old Madam Yu went out of her way to help her.
"Come on, Yaoyao, slow down. You must be exhausted from last night. Grandma will support you so you don't fall."
Su Yaoyao had been lying on the ground for most of the night, and her complexion was already not good. Her smile looked more like a forced one.
"Grandma, I'm not tired."
Upon hearing this, Yu Chiyan's eyes darkened slightly. Of course she wasn't tired; she must have had some strange dream last night, crying and screaming.
She kept him awake, but he felt sorry for her and threw her onto the bed. Poor him, he didn't sleep well all night, while this woman slept soundly. How tired could she be?
However, Old Madam Yu had a different idea. Since Yu Chiyan was paralyzed on one side, he was definitely unable to move. The only one who could exert force was Su Yaoyao. A dazzling smile immediately spread across her face.
"I didn't realize you were so capable, Yao Yao."
