The two returned to their private room and sat back down in their seats.
As soon as Su Yaoyao sat down, Shen Jia asked in surprise, "Why did you come back with Dr. Nan? Where is Ruan Ruan?"
Ruan Ruan?
Su Yaoyao then realized that Bai Ruanruan was not in the private room.
Seeing her bewildered expression, Shen Jia quickly offered an explanation.
"You and Dr. Nan just went out one after the other, and Ruan Ruan followed you out. She said she was going to find you."
Su Yaoyao was surprised: "I didn't see her."
Shen Jia frowned; "Really? Where did that girl run off to?"
A thought suddenly flashed through Su Yaoyao's mind. She remembered that she had been talking to Nan Jiangmu in the corridor earlier. Could that girl have seen it and misunderstood something?
Thinking of this, Su Yaoyao immediately took out her phone, intending to call Bai Ruanruan, when a noise suddenly came from the door. Su Yaoyao turned around and saw Bai Ruanruan.
Su Yaoyao put away her phone and waited for her to come closer before asking, "Ruan Ruan, did you come looking for me? I didn't see you."
Bai Ruanruan's smile didn't seem to indicate anything unusual; "Sister Su... well, my stomach was a little upset, so I stayed in the bathroom a little longer."
Upon hearing this, Su Yaoyao had no doubts, nodded, and then asked with concern.
"Why does my stomach suddenly feel uncomfortable? Did I eat something bad?"
Shen Jia was also a little worried; "If you're not feeling well, drink less iced beverages. I'll have the waiter bring some hot water over later."
Bai Ruanruan thanked Shen Jia sweetly, "Thank you, Sister Shen Jia."
Shen Jia smiled; "You're too kind, aren't you?"
Su Yaoyao was still a little worried; "Why don't we go out and buy some medicine?"

"That's fine. I'll talk to Dr. Nan and have him take you home."
Upon hearing this, Bai Ruanruan immediately said, "No need, I don't need him to send me."
Su Yaoyao's eyes darkened slightly as she noticed Bai Ruanruan's unusual behavior.
Normally, if Bai Ruanruan heard this and asked Nan Jiangmu to take her home, she would at least jump for joy, but now she actually refused outright?
“Ruan Ruan, I’m worried about you going back alone, especially since you’re not feeling well.”
Bai Ruanruan immediately said, "It's alright, Sister Su, I've already asked Uncle Han to come pick me up."
Hearing Bai Ruanruan say this, Su Yaoyao didn't know what else to say and gave up the idea of having Nan Jiangmu send Bai Ruanruan back.
With Han Rao around, she had nothing to worry about.
As soon as Bai Ruanruan left, the three women started chatting again.
Jiang Wen placed the wine glass on the table and asked in a blue tone.
"Yaoyao, what are your plans with Yu Chiyan next?"
Shen Jia also expressed her curiosity: "Yeah, yeah, are you two going to remarry?"
Remarriage?
Jiang Wen brought it up at this moment, and she suddenly remembered this matter.

Shen Jia and Jiang Wen were both taken aback; "Yu Chiyan didn't mention this?"

It was almost midnight when the dinner party ended.
Today, everyone had drunk some alcohol and couldn't drive, so Su Yaoyao arranged for a designated driver for everyone.
"Jiang Wen, you should ride in Yu Chiyan's car. I'll go with him to take you home. Otherwise, I'm worried about you going alone, especially since you've been drinking."
Jiang Wen glanced at Yu Chiyan standing beside him. The man was slightly tipsy, but his eyes were clear and he exuded a powerful aura.
Jiang Wen immediately waved his hand; "No, your man is too scary, I'll just take a taxi myself."
As she was speaking, she took out her phone to call Didi (a ride-hailing app), when suddenly, a pair of clean and slender hands swept over Jiang Wen's head and snatched the phone from his hand.
Jun Xian's face was slightly flushed, his gaze was hazy yet profound, and he had a cigarette in his mouth. As he slightly parted his thin lips, the cigarette tip swayed up and down, giving him a roguish air.
She rode in my car back.
Jiang Wen immediately frowned; "Who wants a ride in your car?"
"you."
Jiang Wen put his hands on his hips, his tone tinged with impatience.
"I don't need you to take me, I'll just take a taxi. Give me back my phone."
"I'll return your phone to you after I take you home."
Jiang Wen saw Jun Xian's stubbornness, and considering that Su Yaoyao was still watching, he forcibly suppressed his dissatisfaction and agreed.
"Okay, Yaoyao, you don't need to worry about me. I'll take Junxian's car back. Hurry up and get in the car. I think Yu Chiyan has been waiting for you for a long time."
Su Yaoyao glanced at Jun Xian and instructed him, "Call me immediately if anything happens."
Jiang Wen nodded; "Okay, I understand."
"Yaoyao, Jiang Wen, I'm leaving now, bye-bye!"
Gu Tingmo's car pulled up from behind, and Shen Jia rolled down the window to greet the group.
Following closely behind was Nan Jiangmu's car.
Nan Jiangmu has surgery early tomorrow morning, so he didn't drink much. Driving is no problem for him.
