"What did you buy?" Li Ba only then noticed what Wang Ying was holding.
"Braised chicken with rice," Wang Ying replied.
"What?"
Li Ba was confused. So, out of all the food stalls on the food street, he only bought a braised chicken...
How much is one serving?
Thirty yuan.
He was already a bit annoyed from looking for someone, and when he heard the price of the braised chicken, his temper flared up instantly.
"What? A serving of braised chicken costs thirty yuan? The one at our school is only ten yuan. Besides, food at tourist attractions is usually terrible. Even a dog would shake its head at this braised chicken!"
"Don't say that, this braised chicken smells really good, why don't you try some?" Wang Ying said.
Li Ba glanced at the braised chicken and turned his head away.
"I won't eat it. I'd rather starve to death than eat a single bite of this braised chicken rice."
"All right."
Wang Ying sighed helplessly, took Li Ba's hand, and said gently:
"Then you can buy some other snacks from the food street, and we'll find a place to sit down and eat."
The food street provides many tables and chairs to make it more convenient for tourists to eat.
