After an unknown amount of time, Ren Yaoting's breathing gradually calmed down. It was unclear whether she had fallen asleep. Su held her hand gently, not moving. After confirming that Ren Yaoting was truly asleep, Su waved to one of Ren Yaoting's maids, withdrew her hand, and asked the maid to continue holding Ren Yaoting's hand, so that she could sleep more peacefully.
After doing all this, Su took Nanny Yang and quietly went to the room where they had talked before.
"Madam, I was really scared this time." Nanny Yang lowered her voice and said worriedly.
Su remained silent, but the "dong-dong" sound of her fingers tapping on the kang table made people feel a little uneasy.
