Liu Menghan and Chen Zhiyi all respected Mrs. Xu very much, and nodded in agreement when they heard this.
After exchanging pleasantries, Madam Xu took the lead and boarded the carriage, followed by the other ladies. Ren Yaoqi then sat in Madam Xu's carriage.
When the carriage started moving, Ren Yaoqi said gratefully, "Thank you, ma'am."
Madam Xu looked at her and smiled gently, "It's just a small matter. After all, you're my savior, so it doesn't matter if I just give you a hand. Don't thank me, just live your life well from now on. The ladies who came here today are all very kind. You can't go wrong if you interact with them more often."
Ren Yaoqi quickly agreed.
Mrs. Xu was a person of great learning, but Ren Yaoqi was also a disciple of a famous teacher and had read a lot of books, so when he chatted with Mrs. Xu along the way, the two of them could actually find something to talk about, and they had a very pleasant conversation.

Ren Yaoqi was not unfamiliar with the Bailong Temple. These ladies seemed to be regulars here, and the group of people were familiar with the place along the way.
Mrs. Xu took the ladies to burn incense and donate money, and then took them to listen to the master's lecture on Buddhist scriptures. Mrs. Xu was open-minded and did not allow young girls like Ren Yaoqi to follow, sending them away to play by themselves.
Ren Yaoqi, Ren Yaohua left with Liu Menghan, Chen Zhiyi and others.
Several young ladies walked around the White Dragon Temple and chatted about local customs and practices along the way. These young ladies may not all be born in wealthy families, but because of their family background, their conversation is very elegant. Even Ren Yaohua would not find it boring to listen to them.
Later, when they were tired of walking, they asked the monk in charge of reception in the temple to arrange a small courtyard for them, where they drank tea, chatted and played chess, and felt quite relaxed and comfortable.
After Ren Yaoqi won a game against Liu Menghan, she stood up and gave her seat to Chen Zhiyi, but found that Ren Yaohua, who was originally sitting behind her, was no longer there.
Ren Yaoqi asked Pingguo, "Where's the third sister?"
Apple replied, "Miss San was going to change her clothes, so she took Sister Xiangqin and the others out. Miss, you were playing chess at the time, so Miss San didn't disturb you."
Ren Yaoqi nodded when he heard this and said nothing more.
Ren Yaohua went out because she drank too much tea and wanted to change clothes, but she didn't expect to meet Zeng Kui on the way back.
