Xiao Jingyue stood up and approached Yan Ningshuang step by step. There was an unpredictable storm in his dark eyes. Yan Ningshuang retreated cautiously until Xiao Jingyue grabbed her arm and locked her in his arms so that she could not move.
Yan Ningshuang struggled non-stop, punching and kicking in Xiao Jingyue's arms, trying to break free from the shackles. Xiao Jingyue didn't mind her struggle at all. After saying this, Xiao Jingyue pulled Yan Ningshuang into the inner room like a chicken, threw her onto the bed, and then calmly undressed.

Xiao Jingyue lay naked beside Yan Ningshuang, his face flushed and his breathing rapid. Yan Ningshuang pushed him gently, but Xiao Jingyue didn't respond.
Yan Ningshuang took a deep breath and raised her hand to touch his forehead. The scorching temperature scared Yan Ningshuang. Xiao Jingyue had developed a high fever at some point.
