Chen Ke did not deny it; instead, he nodded frankly.
"Fu Xingzhou is not an easy person to get along with; he is very dangerous."
"Even if he really did do the accident, there's nothing we can do about it." His tone carried a hint of helplessness, as if he were hinting at something.
Li Susu took a deep breath, trying to suppress the turmoil in her heart.
"If he really did it, I will make him pay the price!"
A hint of smugness flashed in Chen Ke's eyes, and a subtle smile appeared on his lips.

"What? The banquet has been moved up?!" Chen Ke's brows furrowed, his tone filled with displeasure.
He moved his bandaged body with difficulty, and a sharp pain made him gasp.
"A week in advance? What's Li Chenglin up to?"

He picked up his phone and dialed his assistant's number.
"Hey, Xiao Zhang, you keep an eye on Fu Xingzhou at the banquet tonight. Keep a close eye on him and don't let him get close to Su Su!" His tone was firm and left no room for argument.
"Understood," the assistant replied quickly.
Meanwhile, the Li brothers had already arrived at the CN gate.
A low-key yet luxurious black Maybach was parked on the side of the road, where Li Chenglin and Li Yulin were waiting.
Upon seeing Li Susu appear, Li Chenglin immediately went to greet her with a gentle smile on his face.
"Susu, we're here."
Looking at her two older brothers in suits, Li Susu felt a surge of warmth in her heart.
They actually came to pick her up in person, and even prepared a dress and shoes for her.
This feeling of being cared for made her feel somewhat flattered.
"This is a dress we specially prepared for you. Go and try it on." Li Yulin took an exquisite gift box out of the car and handed it to Li Susu.
“This is the latest model this year. You used to love this brand the most,” Li Chenglin added, his tone full of affection.
Looking at the gift box in her hand, Li Susu felt a mix of emotions.
She hadn't worn such a gorgeous dress in a long time.
Over the past three years, she has gotten used to wearing black, white, and gray, and to a smart and capable style.
This dress, however, is pink and exudes a sweet, girlish charm.
She hesitated for a moment, but ultimately couldn't resist her two brothers' enthusiasm.
Urged on by them, she changed into a dress and high heels.
When she reappeared in front of the two brothers, Li Chenglin and Li Yulin were both stunned.
The pink dress accentuated her fair skin, and her exquisite makeup added to her radiant beauty.
Three years have passed, and she has shed her naivety and become more mature and elegant, exuding a captivating charm.
"So beautiful," Li Chenglin exclaimed sincerely.
"After three years, our Susu has completely transformed into a stunning beauty," Li Yulin couldn't help but praise.
Li Susu felt a little uncomfortable under their gazes and lowered her head slightly.
“Su Su used to be our Li family’s little princess, but now she has completely transformed into a queen,” Li Chenglin said with a smile.
