"What are you grinning about? Now that we have the project, let's get to work on it properly."
Li Susu nodded and immediately agreed.
"Brother, what brings you here?"
The brother and sister sat down, and Li Chenglin explained his plans.
“This time, there is a medical training opportunity in the United States, and I’ll probably have to go for a few months. During these months, I’ll have to leave the affairs of the Li family to you.”
"But I've already told your second brother, he'll help you. If you need anything, just go to him for help."
Li Susu nodded. She knew in her heart that studying medicine had always been her older brother's dream.

Before she could finish speaking, there was a knock on the office door.
Li Susu immediately regained her composure and said, "Please come in."
The assistant came in and said, "President Li, President Ling has arrived ahead of time and is already waiting for you in the conference room."
Li Susu's eyes lit up. "Okay, please ask President Ling to wait a moment. I'll go right away."
Li Chenglin sighed. It seemed his younger sister didn't have time to keep him company, so he tactfully took his leave.
A few minutes later, Li Susu arrived at the conference room with her assistant and several project managers.
The collaboration was finalized very smoothly, as the two had already reached an agreement beforehand.
After exchanging details, the two signed their names and affixed their official seals.
"President Li, I look forward to our future cooperation."
"President Ling, I'm also looking forward to it."
The two clasped hands and smiled at each other.
After the meeting, Ling Yun offered to treat Li Susu to dinner.
"Mr. Ling, you're too kind. Now that this project has been finalized, I need to make arrangements for the next steps. I'm afraid I'll be quite busy these next few days."
"There's no rush for this meal, don't you think?"
Li Susu's words were polite yet distant, and Ling Yun chuckled twice before offering his apology.
"It was my fault for backing out at the last minute. Since you, Mr. Li, are so forgiving, I should treat you to a meal."
Li Susu's eyes flickered, but her expression remained unchanged.
She did hate Ling Yun's previous breach of contract, but there was nothing she could do; the Li family desperately needed this big project.
This minor mistake is insignificant compared to the absolute benefits and advantages.
"Mr. Li, you're too kind. That's how business is."
"But now that the contract has been signed, President Ling shouldn't do what he did before and break the contract again, right?"
Li Susu reminded Ling Yun in a half-joking tone.
Ling Yun immediately assured him, "Don't worry, Mr. Li, it absolutely won't happen."
