Li Susu frowned in pain. There was no point in remaining silent any longer; the night wouldn't stay dark forever. So she simply said, "It's me!"
Shang Yan was stunned for a moment, and the image of Li Susu coming before she lost consciousness flashed through his mind.
He didn't say much, got out of bed and turned on the light.
Suddenly, the entire room became as bright as day.
Li Susu was blinded by the sudden bright light and shielded her eyes with the back of her hand.
Actually, she herself didn't know whether she was blinded by the light or ashamed to see Shang Yan.
After Shang Yan turned on the light, the first thing he looked at was Li Susu, and the second thing he looked at was himself. Seeing that both he and Li Susu were fully clothed, he finally breathed a long sigh of relief!
Li Susu saw this through her fingers and felt humiliated.
In order to have a relationship with him, she pretended to be Yu Sheng, but he was afraid to have a relationship with her, as if it were a shameful thing for him.
This was hard for Li Susu, who had been treated like a goddess since childhood, to accept.
She sat up, looked at Shang Yan, and asked, "If it really was Yu Sheng who wanted to kiss you just now, would you still have refused?"
Shang Yan already knew from Gu Ye, and Li Susu also felt that there was something going on between him and Yu Sheng.
So he wasn't surprised that she asked him that question.
He couldn't admit to liking Yu Sheng in front of Gu Ye, nor could he admit it to Li Susu or anyone else—at least not now!
So he raised an eyebrow and asked, "What do you mean?"
Li Susu rushed up to Shang Yan, looked up at him, and asked, "Don't you understand what I mean?"
Shang Yan stared at Li Susu for a while and said, "Li Susu, I don't know who told you that Yu Sheng and I have something going on, but do you think that's possible?"
When Li Susu saw Shang Yan denying his feelings for Yu Sheng, she burst out laughing.
Shang Yan asked in confusion, "What are you laughing at?"
“I initially thought it was impossible, but do you know how many times you called out ‘Sheng Sheng’ last night?”
Li Susu's eyes welled up with tears.
Every "Sheng Sheng" he uttered last night felt like a knife piercing her heart.
Although Shang Yan was completely unaware of this, he knew that Li Susu was not lying.
He clenched his hands hanging at his sides, a flicker of emotion flashing in his cold, deep eyes before returning to calm.
He scoffed, "So what does that prove?"
Seeing that she still wouldn't admit her feelings for Yu Sheng after saying all this, Li Susu got angry and said, "That means you like Yu Sheng!"
"She's my sister, of course I like her."
After saying this with a smile, Shang Yan changed the subject and asked, "Are you leaving? If not, I'll be going now!"
After he finished speaking, he turned and walked towards the entrance without waiting for Li Susu to speak.
If he continued talking to her, he was afraid he would be unable to help but admit it!
Shang Yan took long strides and reached the entrance hall in just a few steps.
As I opened the door and stepped out, I heard a groggy voice in my ear—
"Sheng Sheng, I like you!"
Shang Yan froze, his pupils dilating involuntarily as he turned around. He saw Li Susu tapping on her phone, and then he heard that voice again—his voice!
"You said this yourself last night when you were unconscious. Are you still going to deny it now?"
When Li Susu saw that Shang Yan didn't speak, she was about to repeat the line again when Shang Yan said, "Don't play it!"
He closed the door, reached into his pocket, and reached for a piece of chocolate.
He's a little nervous now, no, he's very nervous.
He had secretly liked Yu Sheng for ten years without anyone finding out. Now, not only had he been discovered, but someone had also found a handle on him. How could he not be nervous?
After failing to find the chocolate, he said to Li Susu, "Wait here for me, I'll be right back."

He borrowed it from the foreign doctor.

For some special reasons, Shang Yan never smokes.

When Li Susu first heard Qiao Moya say that Yu Sheng and Gu Ye were having an affair, she was furious.
