Continue walking along the coastline to the left for about four or five minutes.
Chen Zhiyao took her two puppies to a beach where seaweed and kelp grew abundantly. The seawater where the seaweed and kelp grew was particularly clear, allowing them to clearly see the emerald green seaweed and the hair-like kelp floating in the water.
From a distance, it looks like a green meadow.
Dragon's beard greens can be used in cold dishes or hot pot. Seeing so many of them, Chen Zhiyao couldn't resist going forward to pluck some.
However, before she could even begin to pluck the seaweed, she discovered two sardines eating it hidden beneath the seaweed.
The two fish were not very big, but they were very agile.
She had only taken two steps forward when the two little creatures immediately fled desperately towards the sea.
However, Chen Zhiyao was quick to act and immediately picked up the fishing net and chased after them.
In no time, she scooped up two sardines, each weighing about three ounces, along with seaweed.
While fishing, she also discovered a small group of transparent shrimp nearby, leisurely playing and frolicking under the seaweed.
She turned around and casually scooped all the little guys into the net.

Just then, there happened to be a few clumps of tender dragon's beard greens nearby, and she happily plucked them all off in no time. The plucked dragon's beard greens were dark clumps, looking even more like strands of hair.
This thing may not look very appealing, but it tastes quite good when used in cold dishes.
Cold-dressed seaweed and cold-dressed kelp are almost the most common dishes on the dining tables here.
After all, it doesn't cost any money, and it's much more cost-effective than growing your own vegetables.
As for those green seaweeds, they don't eat them.
She had heard her grandparents say that when they used to raise pigs, they fed them with seaweed from the sea.
She figured it could be used to feed pigs, so it would definitely be edible, maybe just not taste as good.
However, since it wasn't served, it means the dish must not have tasted good.
There were plenty of dragon beard vegetables nearby, and Chen Zhiyao picked them all in just a few minutes.
I must say, there's a certain thrill to pulling your hair out; it's actually quite stress-relieving.
At that moment, she was tidying up the seaweed she had just picked.
Out of the corner of my eye, I caught a glimpse of a lush green seaweed plant, and hidden beneath it was a large, bright green blue crab.
"This big guy was well hidden."
No sooner had she finished speaking than she used her all-purpose tongs to pry open the unsuspecting large blue crab.
This blue crab is quite heavy. Chen Zhiyao held it in her hand and weighed it; it was at least six or seven ounces.
This is the most remote beach in the village. It's not very big, and there aren't many people there usually.
Even without excessive beachcombing, there are still many good things to see here.
In no time, she had collected two large handfuls of whelks from under the seaweed. They weren't very big, but these small whelks tasted the best.
Besides whelks, many other shellfish are hidden beneath these seaweeds.

The water quality here is excellent; you can even see sea cucumbers and sea urchins, and there are quite a few of them.

Chen Zhiyao had just tossed a fist-sized sea urchin into the bucket when she looked up and was pleasantly surprised to find a sea bass weighing about two pounds being pushed over by the waves.
As if by reflex, she quickly grabbed the net and, with a "whoosh," scooped up the seemingly injured sea bass in front of her.
She had just lifted the sea bass off the net when Ah Huang and Xue Tuan shot out from behind her like two bolts of lightning, splashing a huge spray of water.
The little guy ran so fast that all the water splashed onto Chen Zhiyao.
Seeing the two little ones with something in their mouths, grinning at her like they were asking for praise, all her anger vanished.
Taking the ribbon from Ah Huang's mouth and the Shih Tzu from Xue Tuan's mouth, Chen Zhiyao stroked one of the puppies with one hand and praised them extensively in an exaggerated tone.
Although the two little ones couldn't understand human speech, they could tell from their owner's attitude that she really liked the gift she had just given them.
Ah Huang and Xue Tuan were so happy that they jumped and danced, their tails practically leaving afterimages.
She was lucky today; just as the two little guys left, she caught another blue crab weighing about half a pound.
Looking at the fish in the bucket, Chen Zhiyao had arranged dinner in less than two minutes.
Four crabs of different species were cut into small pieces, just enough to make a plate of stir-fried crab with ginger and scallions.
Clams, whelks, sea cucumbers, ribbonfish, flounder, sardines, and the prawns we just caught can be used to make a seafood stew.
Add to that steamed sea bass, steamed sea urchin with egg, cold seaweed salad, and stir-fried greens, and dinner is pretty much done.
As for the other seafood, she plans to keep some snails and take the rest to the village's purchasing station to exchange for some money.
Seafood should be eaten fresh. Since my grandparents are going to go beachcombing tomorrow morning anyway, there's no need to stock up on too much at home.
Seeing that it was getting late, Chen Zhiyao picked up her things and walked ashore.
As soon as they reached a dry beach, they saw a black scar on the ground that looked like a centipede. Can you guess what's underneath? "I didn't expect to find something good even before we went back!" Chen Zhiyao grinned, her joy overflowing.
Generally, scars like this are usually accompanied by either a band or a large clam underneath.
Chen Zhiyao ran over excitedly and quickly dug out a ribbon bigger than her palm.
After tidying up the fish in the bucket, I looked up and saw several people walking towards us in the distance.
Chen Zhiyao immediately placed the seaweed she had just picked on top of the bucket, hiding the crabs and sea bass underneath.
After packing his things, he shouted loudly into the distance:
"Ah Huang, Xue Tuan, time to go home!"
"Woof woof woof...^0^"
"Awoooooo... (?????)"
The two little guys let out a loud howl and then ran over quickly.
I took the two puppies back to the beach where we had parked earlier, and it was already very lively there, with many people carrying things and going beachcombing.
She had just put her things down when Ah Huang and Xue Tuan automatically jumped onto the tricycle and sat obediently. Looking at the pink-tinged sea in the distance at dusk, Chen Zhiyao happily twisted the accelerator and drove towards the pier.
As the sun set, Chen Zhiyao quickly led her two puppies to her second uncle's purchasing station.
