Chapter 387 Mangrove Forest Adventure 3

In front of Chen Zhiyao was a rock that jutted out from the bank into the stream, and right below the rock was the nest of several small green dragons.

These giant lobsters are quietly hiding in the narrow crevices of the rocks, trying to conceal themselves.

However, their long and conspicuous whiskers, like beacons in the night, easily revealed their hiding place.

Several people gathered around, examining the few tufts of blue beard that had been peeking out with great interest.

Presumably because they had been under too much intense scrutiny these past few days, these little green dragons sensed the approaching danger and desperately shrank into the cracks in the rocks.

Holding a silver stainless steel clip, Chen Zhiyao's gaze was fixed on the location of one of the small green dragons.

The attack was swift and precise, instantly clamping down on the little green dragon's hard back.

Then, they slowly pulled the little green dragon out of the crevice, being careful not to damage its whiskers.

The three people standing behind Chen Zhiyao could no longer contain their excitement, and they were all eager to try.

After seeing her successfully capture the first little green dragon, they automatically lined up, eager to imitate Chen Zhiyao's actions and personally experience the fun of squeezing the little green dragon out of the crack in the rock.

As luck would have it, there were four little green dragons hidden in this small crevice, and one person could easily pull one out from inside.

Then everyone held up a large lobster and took a group photo.

Chen Zhiyao had just carefully placed these ferocious little green dragons into the bucket in her hand.

Looking up, I noticed a small bulge with black spots in a crevice not far ahead, and it was moving.

This discovery instantly energized Chen Zhiyao, who rushed forward in a few strides.

As soon as she got close, she guessed what it was. Without hesitation, she forcefully overturned the rock in front of her.

With a "bang," the stone was successfully moved, and the secret hidden beneath was finally revealed to her:

Sure enough, there was a large eel weighing four or five pounds under the rock. The creature was wriggling its body, trying to escape the scene quickly.

However, it was too late for it to run away, as Yang Yi and Li Lin had already quietly blocked its path from behind.

Just then, Chen Zhiyao swiftly and firmly clamped its large head between her fingers.

The attack was fatal; no matter how hard the giant eel struggled, it couldn't break free.

Immediately afterwards, Chen Zhiyao carefully picked it up and quickly put it into the empty bucket that Tang Youyou had prepared earlier.

This big guy was in great spirits; even inside the bucket, he was restless and kept fidgeting, trying to escape.

Chen Zhiyao put the lid on the bucket and then had Yang Yi carry it.

Although the braised eel tasted delicious and looked too much like a snake, apart from Yang Yi, the three girls were too afraid to get close.

There were quite a few sea snails along the stream. The group searched for snails around the rocks as they walked along the stream.

Flower snails, whelks, horseshoe snails, spicy snails, and spiny snails—all sorts of strangely shaped sea snails—and in no time, each person had collected several kilograms.

After walking more than twenty meters along the stream, Chen Zhiyao noticed something moving under the rocks at her feet.

Like a curious cat, she couldn't wait to crouch down and peek out to investigate.

She quickly saw what was inside: a large, plump blue crab, which looked to weigh about seven or eight ounces.

The large blue crab also spotted Chen Zhiyao and was desperately trying to burrow into the cracks in the rocks to hide its enormous body.

However, she was not about to let go of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Chen Zhiyao acted quickly, precisely clamping the back of the large blue crab in one swift motion.

The large crab was clearly terrified by the sudden attack and immediately began to struggle wildly, baring its teeth and claws.

Since she came to the beachcombing site with friends, Chen Zhiyao used ordinary tongs.

The crab had not lost its ability to move; instead, it continued to wave its two sharp and powerful pincers.

Just as the hard, large pincers were about to touch Chen Zhiyao's wrist, she stepped on them and tied them up tightly.

Looking at the large blue crab in her hand, which had been tied up like a rice dumpling, Chen Zhiyao revealed a smug smile.

"This stream is truly a treasure trove."

No sooner had she finished speaking than Li Lin, who was not far away, suddenly burst into excited laughter:

"Haha, look, I found a super big orchid crab, it probably weighs about a pound." He said, proudly waving the big thing in his hand.

Upon hearing Li Lin's words, everyone else turned to look at her.

Li Lin stood on a large rock, holding a huge blue-green orchid crab in her hand, excitedly showing it to everyone.

"Wow, such a big orchid crab! I've only seen this a few times." Chen Zhiyao said, giving her a thumbs up as if she had seen a rare treasure.

"Linlin, you're so lucky!" Tang Youyou looked at her with envy.

Hey, everyone else had a good haul, how come she only found a few seashells?

They walked all the way to the end of the stream, a place Chen Zhiyao had never been before.

There was a pile of huge rocks, each about two people high, blocking the stream in half.

Suddenly, Tang Youyou, who was walking at the front, excitedly shouted:

"Tangtang, there's a cave here."

As soon as he finished speaking, everyone rushed over at top speed.

Looking at the dark and mysterious little cave in front of her, Chen Zhiyao asked with slight hesitation:

"Should we go in and take a look?"

"I think we should forget about it. It's dark inside, and we don't know if there's any danger." Li Lin was cautious, worried that there might be something dangerous inside.

"What's there to be afraid of? There are so many of us, who knows what treasures might be inside?" Yang Yi was bold and eager to try.

“That’s right, that’s right. We’re here to explore, how can we just back down?” Tang Youyou chimed in enthusiastically.

Seeing that the other three people, besides herself, really wanted to go inside, with a three-to-one ratio, Li Lin had no choice but to reluctantly agree.

"Everyone must be careful, and come out immediately if there is any danger."

"Don't worry, people often come here to go beachcombing, so there's definitely no danger."

As soon as he finished speaking, Yang Yi walked straight past them to the front.

Chen Zhiyao quickly grabbed Tang Youyou with one hand and Li Lin with the other, and hurried towards the cave entrance.

Before they even went inside, the three sisters were already very nervous, their hearts pounding.
