The fish caught on the beach in the morning at low tide weren't very big, so Chen Zhiyao didn't use her beachcombing glasses to increase her strength, as there was still plenty of time.
As soon as she arrived on the beach, she turned on her X-ray glasses.
The tide had just started to recede, and after looking around the area, she found that the beach was mostly covered with various types of flower crabs and small sand crabs.
These little crabs didn't have much meat, so Chen Zhiyao was too lazy to catch them.
Only after walking to the point where the beach meets the sea did I manage to pick up a few small clams.
"Woof woof woof..."
Chen Zhiyao had just picked up a cat's-eye snail from beside her feet, which hadn't even had a chance to lie down on the sand, when Ah Huang in front of her suddenly shouted.
She wondered what had happened, and ran over to take a look. It turned out that Ah Huang had dug out a three-eyed crab from the beach.
The large, furry claws were firmly pinning down the struggling crab.
"Woof woof *^o^*"
Seeing her coming over, Ah Huang let out a triumphant howl and then frantically wagged its big tail at her.
The little guy's face practically screamed, "Praise me!"
"Our Ah Huang is awesome! We'll give you an extra treat tonight."
Chen Zhiyao first patted Ah Huang's head, which had become like an airplane head, to show encouragement.
Then, skillfully, he tied up the three-eyed crab, which weighed about half a pound.

Having just performed a meritorious service and received a great deal of praise from its owner, Ah Huang's tail was practically wagging in the air.
Ah Huang, beaming with pride, immediately strode confidently towards the nearby beach, ready to find some more goodies.
"Splash..."
As the sea receded, more sand was revealed, leaving behind more delicious seafood.
Looking towards the beach ahead, Chen Zhiyao quickly spotted an octopus the size of a fist stranded on the sand.
The little guy struggled desperately to crawl towards the sea, but unfortunately, he was too slow and could never keep up with the speed at which the sea was receding.
The octopus was still wriggling desperately when it suddenly found itself flying.
The little guy looked at the distant sea in fright, and when he came to his senses, he was already inside the bucket.
Octopus +1
The tide had just receded, and besides octopuses, there were many other shellfish on the beach that hadn't yet had a chance to lie on the sand.
Plump, white moon clams, beautiful pinkish-purple scallops, exceptionally sweet whelks, delicate and exquisite golden snails, and her favorite flower clams.
Within minutes, the bucket was filled with several kilograms of various small seashells.
She had just picked up the bucket and was about to continue walking when she saw a crab dart past her.
That deep blue shape was clearly an orchid crab.
Meeting is fate, so Chen Zhiyao immediately chased after the orchid crab in the direction it had fled.
Unfortunately, she was too late. The little guy swam away at an incredible speed with the seawater and disappeared in the blink of an eye.
Chen Zhiyao was still reluctantly looking at the vanished orchid crab when, just then, Xue Tuan's childish and anxious voice rang out from the left.
"Awoooooo..."
Hearing the little one's anxious voice, she rushed over.
Despite its large size, Snowball is actually quite timid and often gets bullied by smaller puppies.
She thought the little guy had been bullied, but upon closer inspection, she realized it was just a dead ribbonfish. The ribbonfish, already dead, was incredibly timid. The fish wouldn't move, but the little guy just wouldn't dare approach, anxiously circling the already-dead ribbonfish.
Seeing her coming over, the creature immediately perked up again, finally stretching out its little paws and tentatively patting the motionless ribbonfish on the ground twice.
Chen Zhiyao looked at the little guy with exasperation, "You little coward, the fish won't bite you, what are you afraid of?"
She picked up the ribbonfish from the beach and saw that the fish was quite fresh, with its gills still bright red.
It looks like it was just washed ashore by the waves.
"Our Xue Tuan is so great, we'll make braised ribbonfish tonight." Chen Zhiyao patted Xue Tuan's fluffy little head and praised him profusely.
The already excited little snowball became even more excited after being praised like that.
It howled and tumbled as it ran towards the beach where the tide had not yet completely receded.
Looking at Xue Tuan's excited little back, Chen Zhiyao couldn't help but think: Could this little guy be getting bored at home?
"Looks like I'll have to take Ah Huang and Xue Tuan out to go beachcombing more often in the future."
"Woof woof woof..."
She had just picked up two octopuses that hadn't even had a chance to lie on the sand when she heard Ah Huang's excited shouts coming from not far away.
Seeing how capable the two puppies were, she deeply regretted not bringing them out sooner.
I wonder if they'll start bringing seafood home on their own once they get used to beachcombing?
She wasn't greedy; she just brought home two big crabs every day.
Chen Zhiyao, who was having a sweet dream, quickly followed Ah Huang's voice and came over.
Unexpectedly, Ah Huang was so capable that he found another crab that was even bigger than the first one.
Ah Huang overturned the crabs on the ground and teased them with his big claws from time to time, having quite a bit of fun.
Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a swimming crab, and it was considerably more expensive than the three-eyed crab from before.
Blue crab +1
After tying the crabs in her hands, Chen Zhiyao happily stroked Ah Huang's fluffy, smooth back.
"I never expected Ah Huang to be such a crab-digging expert! From now on, we'll be relying on you for our crabs!"
Ah Huang sensed that she really liked what she had found, so she wagged her big tail vigorously and ran off towards the beach further away with a wide grin.
"Good luck, Ah Huang! I'll cook you a big meal tonight."
"Woof woof woof..." (?????)
Chen Zhiyao picked up the bucket and headed towards the sea again, collecting several exquisite and beautiful cat's-eye snails along the way, as well as a large handful of various small seashells.
As soon as she reached the point where the beach met the sea, she saw a very special little crab – a long-armed crab.
This creature looks nothing like other crabs; it has a small body, but its two arms are long and thick.
Its two pincers are bigger than its body. This long-armed crab's body is only slightly larger than a finger, but its two arms are extremely long, taking up more than half of the entire crab.
This type of crab has no meat on its body, so most people don't eat it; they usually just pick it up and take it home for their children to play with.
When Chen Zhiyao was little, she played with these little crabs a lot.
As she walked, she suddenly noticed a silly dog playing in the water on the beach ahead, foolishly chasing the waves.
The little guy is also quite timid; whenever the waves crash in, he runs faster than anyone else.
But when the waves recede, it mischievously chases after them again, being both clumsy and playful.
And the more I look at this dog, the more familiar it seems.
I went over to take a look, and oh, it turned out to be my family's silly and sweet little Samoyed.
Chen Zhiyao, who had been watching the commotion, immediately turned her head to look elsewhere, resolutely denying that the stupid dog was hers.
When luck comes, you can't stop it. Just then, she suddenly discovered a large patch of snails to her left. Chen Zhiyao immediately abandoned Xiaoxuetuan, who was still playing in the water, and ran over with excited little steps to pick up the snails.
