The movie screening area was located at the entrance of the village, in an open space near the dock. Many fishermen sat on the shore, and a huge screen was set up on a rock.
Mingjing's almond-shaped eyes scanned the crowd, and she immediately spotted Yu Daniu sitting in the middle of the group with his wife and children, while Lao Zhao and Zhao Dali sat behind them.
The movie had just started, and everyone's attention was on it; no one was paying any attention to Mingjing.
Mingjing quietly walked over and sat behind Lao Zhao. She took out a bag of candy, unwrapped a White Rabbit milk candy, and put it in her mouth, making the chubby boy next to her swallow hard.
That's Yu Daniu's son, Yu Xiaoniu. He's a chubby little boy, two years old this year. He doesn't speak very clearly yet, and he's always been a glutton.
