Chapter 579: A pile of counterfeit coins, Black Stone Treasure Chest (2/2)

Look closely at the color; it's not even gold-plated.

Lu Xingchen immediately opened the box next to him, which was filled with golden items, all of which were the same.

Fake?

Are all treasures fake?

Lu Xingchen refused to believe it and decided to take a look inside the sunken ship.

She searched the warehouse again and again, but found nothing.

Lu Xingchen carried Deng Wenbin up to the first floor of the sunken ship, kicked him, and asked, "Where's the treasure?"

Deng Wenbin's head was dizzy, and he raised his head with great effort: "I...I don't know!"

"Whoa!" Suddenly, a clear voice rang out.

Lu Xingchen looked down and saw that it was a baby seal.

This little guy came in at some point.

Lu Xingchen's heart skipped a beat: "Little guy, help me look for some more treasure. If you find it, I'll give you a huge portion of blue krill!"

"Whoosh!" the little seal cried out happily and crawled into the sunken ship.

Lu Xingchen kicked Deng Wenbin hard, threw him on the deck, and went to look for something.

The shipwreck had three levels, and was in a dilapidated state with almost no intact rooms. Occasionally, one could see skeletons, which Lu Xingchen searched for one by one.

Perhaps because of its age, many things on the ship had rotted.

Lu Xingchen searched room by room, and finally found a relatively complete room on the side of the second floor.

The bed in this room is different from other rooms and looks much more exquisite. There is also a dressing table.

Lu Xingchen touched the dressing table and gently pulled the drawer pull tab under the dressing table.

With a "crack," the dressing table drawer fell off.

Lu Xingchen used the advanced catapult to rummage around and collected a pile of sawdust and half a thick plank.

Nothing!

Lu Xingchen turned around, intending to leave.

"Whoa!" The little seal suddenly rushed over, pried open the thick wooden board with its paws, and with a "clang," a small box fell out.

"Woo woo!" It looked at Lu Xingchen happily while holding the small box in its mouth.

Lu Xingchen took the small box.

This box is really small, no bigger than the palm of your hand.

The color is that of wood, but it feels heavy in the hand, so it must be made of some kind of mineral.

Lu Xingchen felt a small lock on it, no bigger than a fingernail.

Is it locked? Where's the key?

Lu Xingchen touched it again and asked the little seal: "Little guy, do you know where the key is?"

Baby seal: "Woohoo, I don't know!"

Lu Xingchen put the small box into his storage backpack and continued searching.

She searched through it three or four times to make sure there was nothing else before she stopped.

At this moment, Red Three, Black Three, and Black Nine walked in.

Hong San: "Xiao Lu, is there still any danger?"

Lu Xingchen shook his head, took out the small treasure chest, and said, "This is all I found."

Hong San's eyes lit up: "The Black Stone Treasure Chest?"

Lu Xingchen perked up: "Sister Hong San, you know about this? But I don't have the key."

Hong San chuckled: "The Black Stone Treasure Chest is of average hardness, but if you break it open by force, everything inside will be pulverized. It must be opened with a key."

She looked up at the sunken ship: "The key should be inside. Xiao Lu, where did you find the treasure chest? Take me to see it."

Lu Xingchen led Hong San to the small room they had just been in.

Hong San looked around and said, "This room is usually reserved for the most distinguished people on the ship, so it's normal that you found the Black Stone Chest here."

Hei Jiu peeked out: "Huh, it's a girl's room? The owner of this sunken ship was a girl?"

Hong San turned around: "Xiao Jiu, have you looked around? Can you recognize which ship this is?"

Lu Xingchen was surprised: "How do you see it?"

Hong San chuckled: "Every ship has markings, scattered in several places, and we pirates all know how to spot them."

A short while later, Hei Jiu returned and shook his head: "I only saw the magnolia flower symbol, so it should be a very ordinary shipwreck."

Hong San was in a dilemma: "Is that so? Then it's not easy to handle."
