Her expression of disgust was real, even in the dim light.

At the foot of the stone steps, the man carrying the grilled fish paused.
"What? You also dislike him because he is mute? That shouldn't be the case. Don't you like working with him?" Jiang Shili tilted his head and asked jokingly.
These words completely pissed off Qu Suihuan.
"You son of a bitch, I'll say this one last time, I'm not the woman you say will die without a man."
"I don't like any man, including Lin Qiang. I practice the ruthless way. No one in the world is worthy of me. Are you satisfied with this?"
At the bottom of the stairs, Lin Zhan tightened his arms around the grilled fish.
His eyes were bleak and dark, as if several huge nails were driven into his flesh.
Suddenly, he gave a self-deprecating smile and left without looking back.
"Lin Qiang is different from you. He always treats me with kindness, while you only have malice towards me. That's why I treat him with a smile."
"I can be good friends with him, but you can't!"
"Go back to your own nest. I feel sick just by looking at you. If it weren't for the show, I would have wished I had never seen you again."
Qu Suihuan's chest was heaving with anger, and Jiang Shili left with red eyes, distraught.
No one noticed Lin Qiang's arrival.
