The May sky was clear and pleasant. Buling sat on the back of the bicycle, a wide smile playing on her lips. Clutching the boy's shirt, she asked softly, "Where are we going?"
A clear, youthful voice called out, "Let's go see a movie!"
Watching a movie is an essential activity for dates.
The two arrived at the movie theater, and Sangshen went to buy tickets. "Is 'Visitors from the Iceberg' okay?"
Bling nodded: "Okay, I haven't seen it yet."
Sangshen, lost in her own thoughts, looked at Bling with obvious pity. After buying the tickets, she took Bling inside.
At that time, there were no assigned seats at the movies; everyone could sit anywhere. The two of them sat in the middle of the third row, and after a short wait, the movie started.
"Visitors on the Iceberg" tells a touching and inspiring love story set in Xinjiang during the War of Resistance against Japan. It's also quite suitable for people in relationships.
As Buling watched intently, she suddenly felt her hand, which was resting on her lap, being grabbed. Honestly, if she hadn't reacted at the last second, Mulberry would have definitely gotten a beating.
She turned her head to look at the person intently watching the movie, and tickled his palm. Sure enough, she saw his eyelashes flutter, but he still held his hand firmly, his eyes fixed on the screen.
Fine, she overestimated this guy's shamelessness. She stopped teasing him and continued watching her movie.
Sangshen glanced at the little black girl out of the corner of his eye and, seeing that she was no longer staring at him, secretly smiled, feeling a sweet warmth in his heart.
As the movie ended, the sentimental women couldn't help but shed tears for Amir's love story. Bling also wanted to be sentimental, but all she felt was her stomach rumbling.
There was nothing she could do; she'd only eaten a few bites of vegetables at lunchtime today, and she was starving. Sangshen heard her stomach growling and leaned closer to whisper, "Hungry?"
Bling's ears twitched, and he nodded: "A little!"
"Let's go then." Since the movie was over, Sangshen stood up first and pulled Buling outside.
Bling followed behind, and just then the curtain lit up for a moment, and she immediately spotted a familiar figure sitting in the fourth row.
She paused, then continued following Sangshen out of the cinema. Once outside, Sangshen reluctantly let go of her hand. These days, the checks are strict; even married couples can't be too intimate in public, let alone unmarried people like them.
When Bling's hand was released, she didn't say much. She immediately pulled Sangshen to the corner, making sure that people coming out of the movie theater later wouldn't see them. Only then did she peek out cautiously.
Sangshen, affected by her movements, thought she had discovered something and asked in a low voice, "What's wrong? What did you find?"
Bulling: "Shh~"
Mulberry, though puzzled, remained focused and hid in the corner with the little black girl.
Soon, people began to emerge from the movie theater. Bling, clinging to the wall, watched even more intently, her eyes lighting up when she spotted a familiar figure.
I craned my neck, trying to hear the conversation between the two people over there, but there were too many people and the noise was too chaotic, so I couldn't hear clearly.
Following the little black girl's gaze, Sangshen exclaimed softly, "Isn't this the kitchen helper from your state-run restaurant? Are you here to watch a movie too?"
Bling didn't have time to answer him; she was staring intently at the man and woman over there. The two were very affectionate, their eyes filled with love, and they didn't seem out of place at all among the other young couples around them.
So here's the key point: the male lesbian is Han Yu, but the female lesbian is not Tan Xiao, which is quite interesting.
Han Yu and his companion didn't linger. After leaving the movie theater, they headed towards a department store on the other side. From Bu Ling's perspective, their silhouettes looked incredibly harmonious, like a newlywed couple.
After the two had walked away, Buling and Sangshen emerged from the corner. Buling stared at Han Yu and Sangshen's retreating figures, her eyes blazing with intense light.
Seeing the little black girl like this, Sangshen became even more puzzled: "What's wrong? Isn't that your colleague? Why are we being so secretive?"
Bling's expression was quite excited: "Let's go, we'll talk as we walk."
Sangshen played along, "Want to go shopping at the department store?"
"Yes!" Bling declared decisively.
The two rode their bicycles toward the department store. On the way, Buling explained to Sangshen, "You know that man, right? He's a kitchen helper at our state-run restaurant."
"know"
You knew he was married, right?
"I know, that was his wife just now?" But if that's the case, why didn't the little black girl go up and say hello?
“That’s the problem. I know his wife too; she’s definitely not that woman from earlier.” Bu Ling chuckled inwardly. Now she’d finally caught him red-handed.
"Not his wife?"
Looking at those two, they seemed even closer than he and the little black girl. Sang Shen was only surprised for a moment; he'd seen it all in the past few years. He knew Kyoto was far more chaotic than Gu County.
"Stay away from him," Sangshen warned worriedly, not wanting his innocent little black girl to be led astray.
Buling: "You don't need to tell me, I've disliked him for a long time, and I'm looking for something to criticize him for." After saying that, she complained: "This bastard may have been pretending all along, but now look what happened, he's been exposed."
She made no attempt to hide her ill intentions.
Mulberry's focus was: "Did he bully you?" Otherwise, why would the little black girl keep targeting him?
"Pretty much. Do you remember those two people who caused trouble at the restaurant last year? They were the ones who made me so angry that I ended up in the hospital."
"Of course I remember." It was because of that incident that he officially met the little black girl: "Is it related to him?"
Bu Ling: "Exactly. Those two troublemakers are from Hanjia Village, just like Han Yu. It's that Hanjia Village. Plus, Han Yu has always been eyeing my job. How could I not be suspicious?"
