Grandpa Sang's eyes widened: "I think Sang Xinghua sounds better!"
Upon hearing the name Sang Xinghua, Sang Shen's lips twitched, once again feeling fortunate that she had decided on her daughter's name so early.
"Grandpa, doesn't Xinghua...doesn't it sound a bit like a girl's name?" he asked tactfully.
"How is it not similar? It sounds wonderful! The five-star red flag shines brightly over China, what a wonderful meaning it carries!" Old Master Sang stubbornly refused to accept it.
He chose this name after consulting many dictionaries; it sounds nice, is easy to remember, and has a good meaning.
Seeing the old man's expression, Sangshen changed to a gentler approach: "How about we vote? Whichever name gets the most votes will be the one we name?"
Grandpa Sang was very confident in his name: "Let's vote!"
The result, without a doubt, was that only Uncle Lin sided with Grandpa Sang.
The remaining mulberry trees, Fang Sao, Xie Dong, and Bu Ling all stood in 'Sang Mianmian'.
"No, that won't do. There's also Xiao Da and the others. They're part of our family too, and they have to participate!" Old Master Sang couldn't accept this outcome.
"How about you go to my brother's office this afternoon and call them one by one?" Sangshen suggested.
"Fine, let's fight!"
Bling's first lunch after arriving home was a stew of soybeans and pig's feet.
Good news, she can eat meat now.
Bad news, no salt!
With tears in her eyes, she ate three large bowls of Buling (a type of herbal medicine), fed the child, and then lay down on the bed and fell asleep.
In other words, babies are really hard to take care of. They need to be fed four or five times a night. If they don't get their milk, they cry and they never stop crying. Once they get their milk, they poop, and then you have to clean them up.
After all this commotion, Bu Ling felt like her nerves were starting to give way.
She was lucky to have mulberries to help her, otherwise she probably would have gone crazy.
In the afternoon, Bu Ling took a nap, while Fang Sao and Sang Shen stayed home to keep watch. Grandpa Sang led the whole family straight to Sang Zi's office.
They called each member of the Sang family one by one, and without a doubt, not a single person stood on Old Master Sang's side.
Both Uncle Sang and Brother Sang support the name Sang Mianmian, not to mention Aunt Sang, who is so eager for a daughter that her eyes are practically green with envy. It has to be the cute and adorable name Sang Mianmian.
Grandpa Sang was not satisfied and called Bu Yi again, which resulted in him getting three more votes for the other party.
And so, Sang Mianmian was chosen as the name of the Sang family's little darling by an overwhelming majority.
