We had a lively and enjoyable dinner.
Little Star left with Xiangxiang's great-aunt, leaving only Buling and his wife in the room on the third floor.
The dinner had been so lively that the two of them felt a little uneasy when it suddenly quieted down.
In addition, traveling is always tiring, and once they relaxed, they were both too lazy to move, leaning against the headboard with their eyes glazed over.
A long time later.
Bling nudged the mulberry: "Time to take a shower and go to bed."
Mulberry replied lazily, "Mmm."
But it just wouldn't budge.
Five minutes later.
Bling reached out and nudged him: "It's almost eleven o'clock."
"Oh." The mulberry remained motionless.
Buling sat up abruptly, staring intently at the mulberry.
Sangshen felt a little uncomfortable being stared at, so she turned around and faced away from Buling, looking like a complete scoundrel.
Bling was furious.
Sure enough, men are all lazy.
However, after sitting up for a moment, all her exhaustion washed over her: "Forget it."
He mumbled something and slumped back down. "That's enough for today. I'm going to sleep now."
Sangshen turned around happily, hugged Buling, and covered them both with the blanket. "Let's go to sleep."
"Okay, go to sleep."
Humans are always stricter with others than with themselves, and Bu Ling is no exception.
The two abandoned all sense of propriety and slept soundly.
He didn't open his eyes until it was fully light the next day.
The two of them were so tired last night that they didn't even draw the curtains. Now that they opened their eyes, the room was so bright it was almost blinding.
Bling closed his eyes and paused for a moment, then suddenly felt a tickle in his throat and couldn't help coughing a few times.
"Lingling, what's wrong?"
Just as Buling was about to speak, another series of coughs came out. Her face turned red from coughing, and she shook her head at Sangshen.
Seeing this, Sangshen quickly got up, poured her a glass of warm water, and fed it to her.
After drinking it, Bu Ling finally suppressed the itching in her throat: "It's okay, my throat is just a little itchy, I'll feel better after drinking some water."
Sangshen was a little worried: "Are you really alright?"
Bling finished the water in her glass, completely suppressing the itch in her throat: "It's alright, let's get up, I'm a little hungry."
Sangzhen took the cup from her hand and placed it on the bedside table. She hurriedly changed her clothes, muttering as she did so, "I wonder how my daughter is doing. Is she scared?"
“Heh~” Bling sneered.
I've given up hope that this person is truly blind.
With her daughter who's practically a genius, what could she possibly be afraid of?
However, despite thinking this way, she still sped up her change of clothes.
After all, it was her daughter's first time in Kyoto, and she didn't know anyone, so she was a little worried.
After a quick wash, the couple went downstairs together.
"Auntie, is it just you?" Looking at Auntie Sang sitting on the sofa drinking coffee, Sang asked in confusion, "Where are Grandpa and Little Star?"
Hearing the sound, Aunt Sang turned around and gave Bu Ling a bright smile: "Lingling, you're awake? Did you rest well?"
Upon seeing Aunt Sang, Buling immediately pushed aside the mulberry and sat down next to the pretty aunt: "You've had a good rest, Auntie. How about you?"
Aunt Sang pinched Bu Ling's cheek: "I rested well too."
The neglected mulberry sat alone opposite the two and asked again, "Auntie, where are Grandpa and my daughter?"
Aunt Sang glanced at him and said, "He's gone out."
"Where did you go?"
"I went to visit Dad's old friend," Aunt Sang replied.
Okay!
This is obviously just showing off.
After briefly attending to her nephew, Aunt Sang turned to chat with Buling: "Lingling, are you hungry? There's breakfast made by Aunt Fang in the kitchen."
Buling didn't mince words: "I'm really hungry, so I'll eat first."
Aunt Sang nodded with a smile.
Sangshen silently followed, and the two went to the kitchen to get breakfast, then sat down at the table to eat.
"Lingling, do you like coffee?" Aunt Sang put down her newspaper, sat down next to Buling, and continued chatting.
"It's alright, I neither like nor dislike it."
Buling has neither a strong attachment to nor a dislike for coffee; he's the type who's okay with drinking it, but doesn't crave it if he doesn't.
"I just got some coffee, shall I brew some for you later?" Aunt Sang is the kind of person who loves coffee, but the Sang family doesn't have that kind of taste. They prefer sugar water to bitter coffee.
So, Aunt Sang had been lonely for a long time, and now that she had finally caught a Bu Ling, she was extremely excited.
“Okay!” Bling readily agreed, “We’ll have Sangs bake some cookies for us later, they’ll be even better with coffee.”
"I knew Lingling understood me!" Aunt Sang laughed heartily.
Bling laughed too.
But Sangshen's smile faded; he looked pitiful and said, "Lingling~"
Bling glanced at him and instructed, "Just use the method I taught you before, nothing too complicated."
Mulberry: ...
"Auntie, don't you have to go to work today?" he asked through gritted teeth.
Aunt Sang ignored him completely: "It's sunny today, let's go sit on the balcony and eat."
"OK."
The two hit it off immediately and had a great understanding.
After dinner, Aunt Sang took Buling to her room to grind coffee beans and brew coffee, while Sangshen was sent to bake cookies.
This can easily kill a whole morning.
Around noon, Grandpa Sang returned, holding Little Star's hand, looking furious.
The old man and the young man both had expressions of gritted teeth, while Uncle Lin, who was following behind them, couldn't help but chuckle.
Mulberry went up to him and asked, "What's wrong?"
No one answered his question.
"Dad, do I really have five bachelor uncles?"
