The news that Bling was to be transferred to Kyoto quickly spread throughout the hotel.
The one with the strongest reaction was Wu Yuanyuan, who asked, "Ling, are you being transferred?"
Bling nodded: "Mm."
Why so suddenly?
Buling: She doesn't know either.
Wu Yuanyuan was at a loss for words.
We're all adults; no one is indispensable.
However, Wu Yuanyuan sniffed, and her eyes stung a little.
She wiped her face haphazardly. "I'll go boil some water."
After saying that, he lifted the curtain and ran into the kitchen.
After being teased like that, Bu Ling felt a little uncomfortable.
Sister Ma and Zhu Zhizhi were also very reluctant to part with it, though not as strongly as Wu Yuanyuan.
Lu Zhiwei didn't say anything, only asking, "Does Lao Bu know?"
Buling shook his head: "I just found out too. I'll go back tonight and tell my brother."
After hearing what Bu Ling said, Lü Zhiwei didn't say anything more.
On this day, the state-run restaurant was filled with the sadness of parting.
It gets even more outrageous when people get off work in the evening.
The trio led by Wu Yuanyuan gave Buling a long and elaborate send-off, almost escorting her to her doorstep.
No matter how reluctant or sad you are, nothing can be changed.
After saying goodbye to her colleagues, Bu Ling went to the nursery at the machinery factory to pick up her daughter, as usual.
After picking up her daughter, she didn't go home. Instead, she drove her to the government building, found the office where Sangshen worked, and knocked on the door.
"Knock--"
Sangshen looked up and saw it was her wife and daughter. She immediately ran out, exclaiming, "Lingling? You..."
Bu Ling shook his head: "I'm taking my daughter back to the military region to let you know."
“I’ll go too,” Sangshen said immediately. “I’ll go ask for leave now.”
After taking leave, the two of them boarded the last bus with their daughter.
Once on the bus, after Sangshen's explanation, Buling finally understood.
It turns out the transfer order wasn't just for her; Sangshen received it too.
In other words, even if Bling refuses, with Sangs around, she will eventually have to go to Kyoto.
Thinking of this, she sighed deeply.
Before sending that letter, she had mentally rehearsed countless times how she would answer the questions she was asked.
She even found a scapegoat, but the person didn't listen to her excuses at all and simply protected her.
She was even forcibly transferred to Kyoto, without being given the right to refuse, which was something she hadn't expected.
However, as Bling stroked her chin, she felt that this reaction was a bit off.
After thinking about it all the way, but still not figuring out why, Bling simply stopped thinking about it.
Anyway, we can't just slice her up.
By the time we arrived at the military region, it was already completely dark.
The family of three got out of the car and headed straight for the family compound.
It was just the time when the soldiers were getting off work, and Bu Ling and his two companions stood out conspicuously among the uniforms.
At the very least, Liang Boda spotted them immediately. "Little sister, little star!" he waved enthusiastically.
Following the sound, Bling spotted a particularly conspicuous figure among the green military uniforms. Without a second thought, she grabbed Sangs and dragged her there.
"Brother Liang."
"Uncle Liang."
Liang Boda pinched Xiaoxing's cheek and turned his head to ask, "Little sister, why are you here at night?"
Little Star pouted.
Bu Ling glared at Liang Boda and slapped his hand away: "Don't touch me."
"Where's my brother?" he then asked.
"What happened next?" Liang Boda scratched his head, somewhat uncertain. "They might stay in the dormitory."
Bling stared at him speechlessly.
Liang Boda felt a little uncomfortable being stared at: "I'll go look for it."
After saying that, he ran off against the flow of people and disappeared in a flash.
Bling sighed, "Let's go home first, it's terribly cold outside."
Sang Shen, carrying her daughter, was the first to head home.
When they arrived at the door, Buling handed the key to Sangshen, saying, "Take your daughter home first, I'll go tell Brother Liang."
"good."
Sangshen opened the door, while Buling knocked on the door opposite.
Lin Shen opened the door, saw Bu Ling, and exclaimed in surprise, "Little sister?"
Bu Ling raised her eyebrows and said, "Sister-in-law."
"Quickly, come in quickly." Lin Shen pulled Bu Ling towards the house.
"No, sister-in-law." Bu Ling waved her hand and refused, "I just came to let you know that Brother Liang will be back from the party tonight, so don't worry."
"Hey, it's no big deal, why would you need to make a special mention of it?" Lin Shen waved his hand dismissively.
Buling relayed the message and didn't linger: "Then, sister-in-law, I'll head back now."
"Wait a minute." Lin Shen quickly grabbed her. "Wait for me."
As she spoke, she turned and went back into the house. A moment later, she came out carrying a bowl: "You haven't eaten yet, have you? This is the mutton I just stewed tonight. Sister, take it back and eat it."
"Here are two more steamed buns, take them too."
Without saying a word, Lin Shen handed the bowl to Bu Ling and stuffed two steamed buns into her mouth.
Thinking of her eldest daughter, Bu Ling didn't refuse: "Thank you, sister-in-law."
Lin Shen pinched her cheek. "Why are you being so polite with your sister-in-law?"
Bu Ling couldn't help but roll her eyes at her. She didn't know what was wrong with the couple; they both loved pinching people's faces.
Lin Shen laughed wildly twice, giving Bu Ling no chance to retaliate, and quickly closed the door.
Bling smiled, turned around and went home.
When she got home, her eldest daughter's eyes lit up when she saw the steamed bun in her hand. She rushed over and hugged her leg, crying, "Mommy~"
Buling handed the bowl and steamed buns to Sangshen: "Go heat them up, I'll go tidy up the house."
