Chapter 401 Xie Family Conflict

From that day on, Liu Xiaotian stayed at the Sang family's house.

Or rather, they stayed at the Bling Sangs' house.

After the weekend, to avoid making him uncomfortable, Bu Ling and Sang Shen discussed it and took Liu Xiaotian back to the courtyard in the east of the city.

Every morning, Grandpa Sang would come here to pick up the two children, then take them to school, and in the evening, he would bring them back.

Sometimes I stay overnight, and sometimes I bring my two children back to the compound to stay.

After leaving the Liu family, Liu Xiaotian smiled more and more each day, and gradually, he stopped looking so mature for his age and began to show the vigor of a child his age.

However, there is one exception: Little Star is growing increasingly disgusted with Liu Xiaotian.

Originally, the little girl really wanted an older brother, but after she actually had one, she found that this older brother was really annoying.

She has to control everything—her studies, her meals, and even her fights with others. She's such a nuisance!

Bling expressed his pleasure at this.

Her daughter has always been sweet-talking, so much so that everyone in the family treats her like a precious treasure, and they can't bear to say a harsh word to her.

If it weren't for Bling occasionally giving her a tight grip, her daughter would be flying high.

Now that someone has come to control her, Buling naturally gives her her full support.

He even specifically warned Sangshen: "You are not allowed to interfere in the children's affairs."

Sang Shen was slightly unwilling: "Are we just going to let that little brat bully our daughter?"

Bling tilted his head and patted his cheek: "Isn't your definition of bullying a bit too unique?"

The mulberries were not pleasant.

But Bu Ling ignored him and said directly, "If I find out you're getting involved, I won't let you off the hook."

Sangshen asked sweetly, "Lingling?"

Bu Ling got goosebumps all over. "Stop, stop, stop. We're talking about serious matters."

"How's the courtyard house renovation going?"

Mulberry: "Almost done."

Bling: "That's good."

As the weather gets hotter, people's hearts also warm up.

Now, there are many more small stalls on the streets, selling all sorts of odds and ends.

The seller makes money, the buyer has convenience, both sides get a good deal, and everyone is extremely satisfied.

Amidst this favorable situation, Xie Dong set off.

He first made an excuse to go back to Gu County, contacted his former colleagues from the transport team, and persuaded and lured them to find manpower.

He then rushed back to Kyoto and made a big purchase of three trucks, which he then registered.

After everything was ready, Xie Dong, reminded by Sang Shen, went to the Bureau of Commerce to apply for a business license.

With this, his initial preparations were complete.

However, before he could even make a move, obstacles arose.

The largest and heaviest of them all came from Xie's mother.

When Xie's mother learned that Xie Dong had sold his job and planned to become self-employed, she unsurprisingly strongly opposed it.

She is a strong-willed person, and after so many years of hardship, she is even more convinced that one should not try to stand out or take the lead in anything.

In addition, they look down on individual business owners, so their opposition is very strong.

Not only that, but Jiang Wanying's health has always been a source of worry for Xie's mother.

The Xie family only has one son, Xie Dong, and the wife he married is unable to have children, which is equivalent to the Xie family line dying out.

Yes, she was very grateful that Jiang Wanying was willing to marry Xie Dong under such difficult circumstances, and she was also very grateful for the care Jiang Wanying had given Xie Dong over the years.

But the thought of her only son having no descendants in the future made her feel uneasy.

Seeing Jiang Wanying makes me feel very awkward.

And so, awkwardly and tentatively, she suddenly realized Xie Dong's actions, and she couldn't hold back any longer, and it all exploded.

They gave Xie Dong a thorough dressing-down, and even when Jiang Wanying tried to smooth things over, she was also dragged into it with a few unpleasant remarks.

Jiang Wanying was already in poor health, and when she was blamed like that, she immediately burst into tears, feeling that she had been a burden to Xie Dong.

Upon further reflection, she realized the situation was even worse, so she packed her bags and prepared to return to her parents' home.

But before she could even start looking, she collapsed at her doorstep.

Upon seeing this, Xie Dong had no time to explain to his mother and immediately took his wife to the hospital.

By the time Bu Ling and Sang Shen received the news and rushed to the hospital, Jiang Wanying had already woken up.

However, after she woke up, she didn't speak or communicate with anyone. She just lay there silently, shedding tears.

No matter what Xie Dong said, he remained silent.

"Sister-in-law Jiang?"

"Dongzi, how is the situation?"

Seeing the two of them, Xie Dong didn't try to put on a brave face and gave a wry smile, "It was just a moment of anger."

Bu Ling ignored the two of them and sat down by the hospital bed. "Sister-in-law Jiang, how are you?"

Jiang Wanying shook her head, and upon seeing a familiar face, she could no longer hold back her tears.

Seeing this, Buling gave Sangs a wink.

Sang Shen immediately understood and pulled Xie Dong out of the ward.

In the ward, Bu Ling helped Jiang Wanying sit up: "Sister-in-law Jiang, have you eaten anything?"

Jiang Wanying huddled on the hospital bed, hugging her legs and burying her face between them. Her expression was not visible, only her sobs could be heard.

Bling knew nothing and couldn't offer any advice, so she could only pat her back gently.

Until she gradually calmed down.

However, she still couldn't say, so Buling didn't ask any further questions.

She sat with her for a while, and when Xie Dong returned, she said goodbye.

On the way back, Bu Ling learned what had happened to the Xie family.

After listening, she didn't know what to say.

From a public standpoint, this is their family matter, and she has no right to interfere.

Personally speaking, this is an irreconcilable conflict with no solution, unless Xie Dong wants to become a heartless and cruel man.

However, it seems that Xie Dong has no intention of doing so at present.
