Chapter 77 Jiang Hua couldn't wait to go to the countryside

After resting, Bling began her revenge plan.

She didn't go through all that trouble. After eating and drinking her fill, Buling sat at the table by the window, watching the neighbors chatting outside, seemingly lost in thought.

In fact, she had been paying attention to the people coming and going in the courtyard. When she saw Jiang Hua walking quickly towards the gate, Bu Ling's eyes lit up, and she opened the gate and stepped into the courtyard.

While exchanging pleasantries with the neighbors outside, she was actually keeping a close eye on Jiang Hua.

When she saw Jiang Hua return, Bu Ling casually took two steps and blocked Jiang Hua's only way back to the backyard.

As Jiang Hua approached, she cried out "Ouch!" and sat down on the ground.

This sound attracted the neighbors who were chatting and enjoying the cool air.

All they saw was Bu Ling sitting on the ground, looking pitiful, while Jiang Hua stood looking down at her.

Before anyone could even begin to condemn him, Bu Ling sprang to his feet and slapped Jiang Hua across the face.

Things happened so fast. From the moment Bu Ling sat down on the ground to the moment Jiang Hua got punched, he had no time to react before he had already been slapped across the face.

"You shameless bastard, how dare you push me, you..."

Bling cursed and punched at the same time, employing the full essence of street swearing, and he showed no mercy in his attacks.

Jiang Hua realized what was happening and waved his hands, trying to retaliate.

Bling was prepared. He grabbed her hair and pressed it down relentlessly, while his other hand also took advantage of the situation, pinching her chest, waist, and punching her stomach.

In short, they seized the initiative.

After a satisfying fight, Bling knew when to stop. Glancing at the neighbors who had come to break up the fight, he let go of her and said, "I'll let you off this time."

He left quickly, went inside, closed the door, and drew the curtains in one fluid motion.

Neighbors with no room to maneuver

Jiang Hua just went to the toilet and got another beating. After sobbing for a while, seeing that no one came to comfort her, she stomped her foot and ran back to the backyard to cry to her mother.

As expected, Aunt Shen felt a pang of heartache and stormed into the front yard to settle scores. However, Bu Ling, who was prepared, doused her with a bucket of swill, leaving her completely soaked. Coupled with the biased neighbors, the mother and daughter slunk back to the backyard.

Jiang Hua initially thought it was a coincidence, but she soon discovered it was a recurring occurrence; whenever she went out, she would inevitably encounter Bu Ling.

Even if they were three meters apart, Brilliant could find a reason to beat her up. Later, she only stayed in the backyard and never stepped into the front yard. Even then, Brilliant still wouldn't let her go.

The moment she steps out of the room, within five seconds, Bling will be on the scene. If she's quick enough, she can avoid a beating, but most of the time, it's too late.

Because all sorts of neighbors would prevent her from going back inside.

Jiang Hua was living a life of unbearable suffering. She was beaten twice a day on average, and she had almost gotten used to it.

Now she has a question: how does Bling know so accurately what time she leaves home? And not only does she know, but she also arrives so promptly every time.

Her eldest nephew, Jiang Shitou, kept his merits hidden.

Jiang Shitou, whose real name is Jiang Lei, is Jiang Nian's eldest son. He is nine years old this year and is a spoiled brat who will do anything for anyone.

Bling successfully bribed him with a handful of fruit candies, instructing him to keep an eye on his aunt and inform him as soon as she left the house, promising to receive an extra candy as a reward.

He readily agreed to the stone, and every day he would betray his aunt in exchange for candy, not caring at all what would happen to her.

For Jiang Shitou, the exchange of a beating for his aunt for a piece of candy was a great deal. He even hoped his aunt would go out more often each day so he could get more candy.

Even if Jiang Hua doesn't go out, Jiang Shitou will find ways to get her to go out, just for a piece of candy.

Bling traded a handful of candy for a little spy—what a bargain!

She didn't know how others were doing, but she had vented most of her anger.

Unfortunately, Jiang Hua was about to be sent to the countryside, and she would no longer have anyone to vent her anger on.

Everyone had been watching Bling's behavior for a while. At first, they would try to persuade her, but later they realized that Bling was doing it on purpose, so they wisely stopped saying anything.

Well, this girl is really despicable. She always manages to find a reason before hitting someone, and they have to admit it.

It's either the "What are you looking at?" type of argument, or the "She pushed me" type of argument, or the "She stepped on my shoe" type of argument—in short, the reasons are all over the place.

They could easily see that this girl was just finding different ways to vent her anger.

Observation revealed that Bu Ling was careful with her strength, inflicting only superficial wounds on Jiang Hua; they hurt, but wouldn't damage his body at all.

Moreover, she specifically treated her face, which resulted in Jiang Hua's face remaining bruised and swollen for some time, and it never fully healed.

Jiang Hua had considered asking her family for help, but unfortunately, she only had Aunt Shen to back her up. Every time she went to demand an explanation, she was met with a bucket of swill being thrown at her. Over time, she lost all will to try.

Every time Buling threw away the swill, she would run away, ignoring all of Aunt Shen's scolding. When Aunt Shen tried to force her way in, Wu Yuanyuan or Sangshen would calmly remind her of Qian Xingyan's fate, and Aunt Shen would back down.

It wasn't that Buling respected the elderly and cared for the young; it was that she was afraid of seriously injuring Aunt Shen and then having her extorted, which would contradict her own goals.

So Bu Ling decided to take her anger out on Jiang Hua.

Having exhausted all other options, Aunt Shen asked her two sons to come up with a solution.

Before Jiang Sheng could say anything, he was led away by Widow Liu, and Jiang Sheng immediately forgot about his mother and sister.

Jiang Nian knew about her eldest son's deal with Bu Ling, and she also resented Aunt Shen for demanding rent from them. She verbally agreed, but never actually took any action.
