They found a suitable house.
This was all thanks to Lu Huaijiao's previous request to the nearby residents to contact her if they found a suitable house.
Sure enough, when they went there today, several people told them about several properties.
People who sell their houses these days are either moving, either to Beijing or going abroad. That's why they're selling their houses.

Because it's the latter part, or rather, the front part when you come in from the main road, this area is much wider than the middle part of the alley.
The two courtyards for sale are right next to each other. The courtyards are not large, and the entrances are very clean. There is a wall about two meters high, covered with a layer of tiles.

Aunt Zhang was the first to step forward and knock on the door.

He knocked on the door and called out to the person inside, and the gate to the courtyard opened.
An elderly man in his sixties came out from behind the door. When he saw Aunt Zhang, he knew what she had come for.
