The man glanced at her in the rearview mirror and raised an eyebrow. "I'm not a driver. I'm from the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in X Province. I was just passing through the Northwest and gave you a ride."

He left after saying that.
He has already fulfilled all of Qin Jinye's requirements; the rest is none of his business.
As for why Qin Huaiyi was banished to this place by her own father, he neither asked nor was curious.
