A hearty laugh echoed from the spacious courtyard, startling the birds perched in the branches and sending them fluttering away.
Lin Xiaoxiao laughed so hard that tears almost came out.
"This is so bizarre, my goodness, I must have felt so bad for your second aunt."
Chu Wuyan smiled bitterly, "Later, my second aunt's sister-in-law really took him to the hospital to have his brain checked."

Just as I was about to get up to look, I saw a familiar figure walk in.
It's Qin Yushen.
Lin Xiaoxiao sat back down.
I glanced at my watch and realized it was getting late. Qin Yushen had already finished get off work and returned from the army.
I was so engrossed in gossip and juicy stories that I forgot all about time.
"Brother Qin." Chu Wuyan stood up and greeted him.
"You're back~" Lin Xiaoxiao waved to him with a smile.
Qin Yu nodded politely to Chu Wuyan as a greeting.
His gaze fell on Lin Xiaoxiao, a smile playing on his lips, his eyes softening. He walked over and drank the cold tea from her cup in one gulp.
After finishing his drink, he said, "You're back. How was your day?"
Daily care and concern have become an unspoken understanding between the two.
Lin Xiaoxiao patted her belly, "Great, the baby is very good. He ate noodles for lunch and even took a nap."
Upon hearing that she had only eaten noodles for lunch, Qin Yushen immediately took off his coat, unbuttoned it, and rolled up his sleeves. "I'll go cook. You guys chat. Wuyan, stay for lunch."
Chu Wuyan, who had been watching the two's tender interaction with a maternal smile, was somewhat flattered when he was invited to dinner. "Then I'll have to bother you?"

Qin Yushen habitually held her hand under the stone table with one hand, while using the other to pick up a cup and drink water.
"Sister Lin, tell me quickly, who is Boss Han's girlfriend?"
Upon hearing the name "Han Laoda," Qin Yushen paused, looked up, and asked, "Han Xiu?"
"Yes." Chu Wuyan couldn't hide his excitement. "I never expected that Boss Han would be dating someone without us even realizing it. It's amazing, really amazing."
Qin Yushen's lips curled up slightly as he turned his head and looked at Lin Xiaoxiao with gentle eyes. "I'm curious too."
Han Xiu was his good brother, and he wanted to know about his brother's important life events.
Lin Xiaoxiao grinned, "As the saying goes, 'Things far away are right in front of you.' Can you guess who it is?"
Qin Yu lowered his eyes and thought seriously for a moment, but Chu Wuyan blurted out, "There are only the three of us here, Lin Meimei, you..."
Before he could finish speaking, a cold gaze swept over him.
The words were stuck in my throat, unable to come out or come back, it was very uncomfortable.
Chu Wuyan's face turned red.
She looked at Lin Xiaoxiao with a wronged expression, her eyes occasionally glancing at Qin Yushen's face.
